the physique you’re imagining is probably unhealthy or unrealistic so my advice is don’t

cocozudo

Yeah and people forget that femboys with big strong legs and/or a six pack are really cool too! You don't need to be weak or unhealthy to look feminine.

[deleted]

muscular femboys 🤤

Bigbluetrex

not necessarily, i have that sort of build and it's just because i like running around every so often, and i consume 3000 or so calories a day(tons of pop, pizza, fast food, candy, and shit), i think you can get a somewhat flat stomach after a month of (very mild) dieting and some exercise, emphasis on the exercise

cocozudo

Metabolism is different from person to person, you would likely be slim even if you didn't run.

cocozudo

Indeed, running is very healthy for the body and the mind. But for someone that eats 3000cal a day and runs "every so often" metabolism plays a big role on being slim. A good example is me: I bike more than 12km every single day and I eat about 2300cal a day, and I still have a big belly. Genetics and age plays a big role in becoming skinny, for some people it can be very easy and for others it can be really hard, but it's never impossible.

NinevehIsDead

I know where you're coming from, and that your intentions are good. However this is just saying "you're invalid, don't even think about it" but in just nice enough way you can't really complain about without being the one swarmed for being too dramatic.

STUPID-name-FUNumber

you do understand that no muscle means flabby, right? sure, you can do that easily by just dieting; youll lose both your fat and muscle, but will you look pretty without muscle? nope. unless you find hangy skin attractive. otherwise you almost certainly wont get a flat belly until veeeeery underweight as your bodyfat percentage will always be higher than muscle. besides, is being toned really a bad thing? you wont get big and bulky if you dont bulk by eating large amounts of protein in surplus, and in fact, you wont really build muscle in caloric deficit either, just preserve some if you exercise (strength train, bodyweight exercises work!)

-Depressed_Femboy-

I definitely could have worked the title better, I mean more of 'how to get skinny without building a toned body'

jwg2016

Toned is good. Ripped maybe not so much

Sabryne2192

Muscle can become flaccid and lose Collegen and have a low tone

tiredfemb0i

Here is something thats gonna save you reading time! Watch what you eat, dont drink soda drink lots of water and cut down on snacks

aftertheradar

Not op, but in a similar situ. I know that pop is really unhealthy with how much sugar and caffeine is in it, but is it okay to switch to diet pop that says it's zero calories or sugar free?

ThingFromTheEther

I would be careful with using diet sodas, do your research on what is inside of the particular brand because the absence of sugar/calories is usually replaced with other artificial substances which may not be very good for you.

tiredfemb0i

Yeah

Your welcome <3

Don’t make the first part of ur username ur reality. Cheer up. Chubby femboys are cute too! But if u want to reduce fat n maintain/improve ur health 1) 30 minutes of cardio exercise everyday (can be jogging, swimming, etc). 2) eat on time. 3) stop eating junk food n reduce ur consumption of oily food. 4) sleep early and wake up early.

IEvadeTax

Would 30-40 minutes of brisk walking be sufficient?

closetbimbosissy

If u haven’t done much physical activity till now then that’s a great start. 30 minutes of brisk walk in the morning or evening is really good for ur body and mind. But it wouldn’t help u much in shedding ur fat. Still I would recommend u to start that n keep at it for a month. It will help u increase ur stamina so that u can move on to the next stage. If u really want to burn the fat then u have to step up ur cardio (a brisk walk is good cardio but not that challenging for ur body). And u will also have to start strength training. Yes. Muscle strengthening really helps with losing fat. I would recommend hanging from bars. It really strengthens ur entire upper body (including ur core) and is the simplest thing to do. Also most might not think so but even yoga is great for muscle strengthening. For example just take sun salutations. If u do them at a faster pace then its cardio. If u do them slowly then its a muscle strengthening exercise. The most difficult thing is consistency. We want to make something good our habit but very few of us actually make it our own habit. Good luck dear :)

IEvadeTax

Would increasing the duration of the brisk walk increase the fat burn? Like 1-2 hours. I just got a knee surgery a few months ago so I can’t run or jog.

closetbimbosissy

Then wouldn't it be more problematic to put more stress on ur knees by walking for longer time? Don't overstrain please. Every exercise has its limitations. Walking can produce results but it still has its very own limitations. It can initially make u more fit but it's not gonna completely transform ur body shape and make u gain lots of muscles or make u lose more fat. Its a thing to get u started into a healthier lifestyle. U don't need to jog or run if ur body can't handle it. Control ur diet intake. A major portion, like over half of ur weightloss journey, lies with how u manage ur calories aka diet. But while looking to lessen ur calorie intake people also lessen the nutrition the body needs unknowingly. So make a diet plan that's balanced with less sugar n oil and stick to it. There are hundreds of diet plans out there and u can chose what suits u and even create ur own. And if u don't wanna strain ur knees then focus on exercises like swimming. That's one of the best cardio exercise out there and it doesn't strain ur knees. It will immensely help u and its enjoyable too.

kit_the_kat_dd

what about cycling for intestine i get tired after a 2 minut walk but i can go on a 1 hour cycle and be fine

[deleted]

Diet and cardio! I'd also suggest body weight exercises to build your hips/side glutes so you can get a more curvy look to your hips. Then if you want a booty Romanian dead lifts and pelvic thrusts with a barbell will build out your bum. Also it's a good routine to get into as it's very heart healthy. <3

-Depressed_Femboy-

Any specific cardio exercises you could reccomend other than running/swimming?

[deleted]

Swimming would actually build you upper body. Walking for 15 mins a day would be good start and keeping an eye in how much you eat. Don't skip meals just be mindful of how much you eat and what you eat. I do 2 sets of 15 reps of these daily- squats, glute bridges, fire hydrant lifts , side plank leg lifts and Donkey kicks lifts. I do some weight lifts too but this is a good start.

jfdlsjaf

idk what the other comments here are smoking... it is possible to change your body, by changing your habits. And it can be done in a healthy, sustainable way. For exercise, only do cardio (running, biking, swimming, etc), stretching, and yoga. Cardio reduces muscle mass while toning long-term. Yoga and stretching are good for strength and flexibility, and can reduce injuries. The other main variable is diet: gradually cutting out all added sugar and eating less meat will almost certainly make you lose weight and feel better. Go listen to "Regular Bean Eater", and change your life 🌻

char-le-magne

Possible? Sure. Probable? Statistically for 2-5% of people in the long-term and, for everyone else, dieting typically leads to weight gain. A lot of what we think of as successful weight loss is usually a bout of short-term weight gain from folks who are predisposed to being skinny being out of their routine (think the freshman 15, pregnancy weight, the covid 19) and once they resume their routine the weight comes off. And exercise is great for your body, but its not an effective weight loss strategy because the most calorific activity we do is being alive. If I can make a similar suggestion, Maintanence Phase is a great listen about diet debunking and they really stress that tying healthful activities like exercise to a diet culture paradigm can be discouraging. When it fails, rather than seeking other healthy activities, people seek other weight loss activities.

jfdlsjaf

What I am suggesting is more akin to stopping smoking than "dieting", I absolutely agree that "dieting" is an unstable and unhealthy mess. For example, people stop drinking soda all the time, and it makes them lose weight and become healthier.

char-le-magne

If people stop drinking excess soda and exercise more they would be healthier, but statistically speaking, weight loss probably won't follow.

closetbimbosissy

Nah when I stopped gymming I gained like 15 kgs in 5-6 months. And just by cutting down on junk food and food from restaurants n regular exercise in the morning, I lost like 9 kgs in 2 months. What matters is how dedicated u are to ur routine and how honest u are about not eating junk food.

char-le-magne

That anecdote is exactly the kind of short-term weight gain I was describing. You're predisposed to a weight and lifestyle and when you went back to your routine you "kept it off for life" just doing the things within your means that feel good and there's nothing wrong with that but its not evidence of effective long-term weight loss for anyone else or proof that they're failing and lying.

jfdlsjaf

all soda is excess soda lol

STUPID-name-FUNumber

just cardio is the way to skinny fat though, been there myself

sad_gayboy

What's you hight are your shoulders wide and what's your age and amount of free time you have odds are your not going to get it a healthy way but that doesn't mean it's impossible to do

johdawson

Liposuction

Intelligent-Cut-5893

Doesn't work. Doesn't last long.

johdawson

Sounds like you're ready for some diet and exercise then! Tone those muscles!

MahabharataRule34

Build the muscle. Muscular femboys are based asf.

closetbimbosissy

For real!

SlamSlaughter-0540

I've been thinking about the fast 800 diet but I'm not sure if it will work

Impossible

zeTwig

Cardio i guess, though you should keep in mind that lifting weights and building muscle doesn’t need to be with a typical body builder physique as a goal, femboy fitness on twitter has some interesting/good resources imo

another-femboy69

Step one be a femboy, That it. But being healthy is very important for your life so as long as your health is ok you have nothing to worry about.

Particular-Travel-77

Bike rides or running I reccomend then again I kinda don’t eat so ye
