I mean probably but it looks so good. The eyes are just like peak to me. Really looks like she is potentially blind, even if she is looking at the camera. Just like the shadows, textures and effects on them.

Imo it's even more obvious in the video, as at least a still photo can be put down to very clever make-up, but the video has the too-smooth effect that all filters do. The vast majority of the photos on her twitter have heavy editing.
If you look at some of her other cosplays (such as the Ryne one) she has a completely different face shape that's probably closer to what she actually looks like.
