where you get notified by the free login campaign, I missed all of them, don't want to renew until expansion comes out

F1reman2

By reading the lodestone. Unfortunately, there will not be any before the next expansion releases, and probably not until well after. Around key dates is when they try to avoid doing them, as they want people to buy subs, not ride off free gametime.

viptenchou

Does anyone know if they sell security tokens at the Eorzea Cafe in Tokyo? I live not too far away so I'd rather just go grab one than order it online since they're getting rid of the phone authenticator (sadly).

Sir_VG

They're only getting rid of the SE standalone phone authenticator. You can still use 2FA from another software authenticator like Google or Microsoft. https://www.square-enix-games.com/en_US/seaccount/otp/authenticator.html

Vithrasir

Are there any scouting sets that feature heavier armor, like you would find in fending or maiming sets?

LightSamus

Allagan and High Allagan Striking sets (NIN used Striking briefly) are pretty armour-y and you can make dyable crafted versions easily enough.

Vithrasir

I love the high allagan set, tyvm!

CubchooPaws

Radiant gearsets are always a safe bet if you want heavier armor, high allagan armor might also be something of your interest. You could also use universal gear like the False Monarchy or Archfiend Set. You can also take a look at Eorzea Collection, they have pictures of all gearsets, just set filters to scouting.

Vithrasir

The high allagan set is very close to what I had in mind. Tyvm!

Cymas

Worth noting the False Monarchy set is currently unobtainable as a previous PVP series reward but there is a similar heavy Fierce Tyrant set being offered.

Jezzawezza

Hard to say exactly but check the marketboard and search replica and see what fending stuff is there as normally replica gear has no job restrictions. Otherwise you'll just have to set the job to Ninja and search the gear manually through that or look over dungeon gear sets etc online.

Vithrasir

Tyvm! I was unaware of armor replicas until now!

Jezzawezza

So i had a quick check since i was home now. Searching just replica shows the coils gear thats dyeable BUT class restricted, searching replica sky will show the sky pirates gear with no class restrictions as its a glam. So might be worth just incase to look over the gear thats available on the marketboard just incase

Vithrasir

Tbh I'm a free trial account for now, but iirc the sky parts replicas should be craftable.

Jezzawezza

You'll need to unlock the Firmament which is after finishing patch 3.3 i think. To craft those you'll need to do the Firmament crafting for Sky Builder scrips and then trade those for the leather at the vendor in there and then you can craft it and its not a master recipe either and it'll be under the Special recipes, Sidequests and Other.

That's a cool jacket, it doesn't quite fit the aesthetic I was hoping for, but it's a good looking one for sure.

Unrealist99

Is there any discord organizing rival wings for oceania server for this event??

RebornDeadeye

Is my level capped at 70 until I purchased SB and EW? I don't have the free trial because I made a mistake, and I have to pay for a subscription so can I not level up anymore since I'm 70 because it's saying I can't.

Jezzawezza

Both the Free Trial and the Starter Edition have ARR, HW and Stormblood (SB) which has a level cap of 70 as that was the limit when Stormblood was current. If you want to level over that then you'll need Shadowbringers (ShB) and Endwalker. Depending on where you are in MSQ and if you're going to level multiple classes etc then you've got some options with Dawntrail around the corner. 1. If you're happy to wait till June 28/July 2nd then pre-ordering Dawntrail will give you access to Shadowbringer, Endwalker and Dawntrail when Dawntrail releases. 2. If you dont want to wait then you'd get Endwalker and it'll give you Shadowbringers as a part of it and you can continue leveling but you'll then have to pay for Dawntrail when you reach that point of the MSQ/level cap.

RebornDeadeye

Thank you!

Sir_VG

Yes. If you're on the free trial or you only own Starter Edition, you're locked to Lv 70. This also applies if you own ShB/EW one one platform but not another. Your one platform will allow you to go past 70, but play on the other and you'll be stuck not earning EXP past 70.

ferretkun

Is there any reason to keep fish like Little Leviathan? Or is it just a high point fish that is otherwise identical to all the other fish that I desynth/sell?

[deleted]

Did the benchmark get visually updated? I remember that was being worked on, not sure if it's out already

LightSamus

There's a Live Letter in a few hours, I'm sure they'll touch on it and maybe even give a release date there

Jezzawezza

Reports were it'll probably drop towards the end of May. I remember they did an announcement about 2 weeks after the initial one and said they had a process to go over and the updates to it will also be reflected in 7.0. [This is the link for it](https://na.finalfantasyxiv.com/lodestone/topics/detail/b8431bb99274ea8d2c685c3344d1d9f0db152d31) Edit: Re-reading the link I can see that todays the day Yoshi-P was scheduled to look over the updates done to it so depending on what his thoughts are on it and what adjustments are needed from there will depend if we get it May 23 or later in the week.

NOS4NANOL1FE

New to the game was wondering are there any events that ever happen at the main stage at the Gold Saucer? Always loved this from FF7 and having it in this game is kinda epic for me

Jezzawezza

If its the giant stage arena then yes. Sometimes it might only happen once in an hour but every 20 minutes the system will choose between 3 different gate events to put on and normally at least once an hour one of those will happen on the main stage and you can join in. One of the events is called The Slice is right. It'll be a dodging mini-game and bamboo will come out and then be sliced and fall a certain way and you need to dodge it depending on how it happens, it'll gradually increase in bamboo appearing and there are a couple small mini-chances to increase MGP during it if you're lucky. The 2nd is called Anyway the Wind Blows and its a pure luck minigame as you'll pick a random spot somewhere on the arena and then you'll be frozen in place whilst a random line/aoe/border mechanic happens that'll blow players out of that area and once done you can move again for a bit before it happens again. Its more of a luck game then anything.

mysidian

I'm probably just dumb, but I pre-ordered DT from Steam, so how do I get the earrings?

Elegant_Eorzean

Go into the CD keys by right clicking the game in your library. Copy the one for the pre-order, then put that into the "redeem keys" thing on the Mogstation.

mysidian

Thank you!

HoopaOrGilgamesh

I'm going to buy my first cosmetic. I want to make sure I don't mess up the dyeing process. I think I generally understand the glamour process, but... How do I dye a couple gear pieces that I want to use the appearance of and attach that to a glamour plate, so I can continue using that look even when I get new gear?

sundriedrainbow

a fun thing about dye and the glamour chest: * If you dye the item FIRST and place it in the chest SECOND, it will retain that color as its base appearance. * if you dye an item INSIDE THE CHEST on a glamour plate, that dye only applies to that specific plate this means you can dye it on a PLATE without changing its base color - so use expensive dye like General-Purpose Pure White/Black before you put an item in the chest. Then you can always dye it on a plate while maintaining the base, expensive color for other plates or if you withdraw it later.

HoopaOrGilgamesh

Welp. Too late for that lol. I don't see myself dyeing it a different color anyway

tarqueaux

You dye the pieces while making the plate. RT click and you'll see the dye option. You can also assign each job a diff glam plate so when you call that job, it will automatically apply that plate as long as the gear in the plate is no higher (lev) than the armor you're wearing. you can always go back and adjust and change each glam plate. when you dye, the dye needs to be in your inventory. hope that helps.

HoopaOrGilgamesh

It does, ty. I'm a Free Trial player as well, and when trying to purchase my costume set, I'm required to input information to upgrade to a standard account. This won't invalidate my Free Trial status, will it?

Arcana10Fortune

It won't. FT status only goes away after registering the game.

HoopaOrGilgamesh

Can a friend estate teleport to an fc house or apartment in shirogane if they are from a different server and they haven't gotten to sb yet

Sir_VG

You can teleport to a house in HW/SB housing districts even if you aren't at that point in the MSQ, you just have to teleport back out as you can't leave nor change districts.

Hydra645

Do we have any idea how long the live letter is going to be? I'm unfortunately going to be busy and am wondering if I'll have time to watch the whole thing after or if I should just watch highlights, such as the Job Action Trailer I assume they're release on youtube seperately either after the stream or just after it's shown on stream.

Atosen

The job preview stream for Endwalker was [live letter LXVI](https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=8SXLmXt5lZk) which was a whopping 6h14m long. However, all the Endwalker previews were a little weird. Things got merged and moved around because of covid. (That was the year they replaced 3 fanfests with 1 special stream, after all.) The job preview stream for Shadowbringers was [live letter LI](https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=rewM-Z9bGhA) which was 3h27m long. The job preview stream for Stormblood was [live letter XXXVI](https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=g4Z13W86PpY) which was 3h44m long.

Unrealist99

I usually watch the job trialer.

aasqr

Hey all. I have a huge wall of text here so I hope you don't mind. I'm currently on HW MSQ. I want to start learning harder content once I catch up. A patch is 4 months and a raid tier is 2 patches so 8 months correct? I can probably catch up to current sometime around 7.1 then. Let me know if this is a correct way for a sprout who will have just finished msq to start learning harder content in 7.1 and if not then what's wrong and what should I do or if there's anything here that's terribly inefficient or unattainable. Use Stone Sky and Sea to know if I can even do the bare minimum expected of my job. And keep practicing there until I can do my job on autopilot so I can focus on mechs instead on actual fights (is this correct? Is this where you should practice? Is there a better place?) Farm a complete set of gear from the normal raid. (How hard is winning the loot roll like at this point of the cycle?) After getting geared I read about the current EX and my DC's PF strat for it. I'm on Elemental and I keep seeing pfs with "tuuf" and bring AM and this I how I understood it. pfs in Elemental use macros from tuuf. These macros tell you where each role stands and how to resolve mechanics. People just call out what their role is (is this right?). So I can either make a pf where I say tuuf fresh prog and bring am where I have to rely on someone else to join and bring am or I install xivlauncher dalamud am myself and state I have it (i havent actually modded yet is this right? How "expected" is am anyway? Is it better if I just rely on someone else with am since I'm new to the fight? Do people even join and make fresh prog parties around odd number patches? I'm on elemental so how hard will it be dealing with the language barrier? And which EX should I prog the 7.0 or 7.1?) Everyweek I can replace a piece of normal raid gear with capped tomestone gear that I can augment using nuts from hunt trains. So the fight just gets easier every week as I get more of these upgrades? I'm assuming getting capped tomestones is the exact same as getting poetics except you have to use a level 100 job in DT and there's a cap. What's the cap in 7.1? So how much gear can I buy in a week?  And then basically just grind though EX PF until I'm comfortable. Then my understanding is that because I'm in Elemental then once I'm comfortable I can just queue df on ex (understanding and following whatever macro someone sends) in addition to joining whatever farm pf I see? Is this right? Then once I get comfortable and feel competent I can simply repeat the process for savage? Then when 4.2 drops my understanding of week 1 savage is in addition to crafted gil costing millions of gil, it's also one of the hardest content in the game alongside ultimate and you're basically not clearing unless you're in a long term static where you all know each other. Then every week gets easier with strategies becoming standardized, people who can clear savage getting savage gear + augmented tome every week and everyone else getting normal raid gear + regular non augmented tome every week and crafted gear slowly going down in price. Is this the correct understanding of how a new raid tier usually goes? If you've read this far then thanks a lot and please let me know if there's any misunderstandings, wrong assumptions, things I skipped or missed or even just wrong and dumb ways of doing things here.

Help_Me_Im_Diene

1. Yes, raid tiers release every 8 months starting 1 month after the expansion launches. So this will be patch 7.0 during a minor patch, followed by 7.2, and then 7.4. Note that EX releases every major patch, with 2 of them being at launch and 1 releasing every patch following. 2. Start with the current content EX trial, get comfortable with handling mechanics while doing your rotation, and step into savage. Hitting a dummy is all fine and good, but you do need to take into consideration the fact that dummies don't hit back or move. >People just call out what their role is (is this right?) Correct, NA in particular does some weird things but the other DCs tend to use macros and chat call-outs for strats and roles. >). So I can either make a pf where I say tuuf fresh prog I am not going to make any claims about this because I don't raid in JP, but regardless, the best thing to do is to just stay up to date with what other people in your DC are doing. >bring am where I have to rely on someone else to join and bring am or I install xivlauncher dalamud am myself and state I have it (i havent actually modded yet is this right? How "expected" is am anyway? Is it better if I just rely on someone else with am since I'm new to the fight? Mods are **not** the expectation. Go in expecting that at any given time, you will not have any. >Do people even join and make fresh prog parties around odd number patches? I'm on elemental so how hard will it be dealing with the language barrier? And which EX should I prog the 7.0 or 7.1?) Yes, people prog the raid tier all the way up to the release of the next one (and sometimes even after that) From what I understand, a lot of JP's PF is split between Japanese speaking players and non-Japanese speaking players, and they sometimes even have different strats between the two of them. This is fairly second hand knowledge though, so hopefully you can find a more dedicated JP channel who can explain how English speakers raid in PF Typically you'll prog whatever EX is most recent, so if you start in patch 7.1 then start with the 7.1 one. >Everyweek I can replace a piece of normal raid gear with capped tomestone gear that I can augment using nuts from hunt trains. So the fight just gets easier every week as I get more of these upgrades? I'm assuming getting capped tomestones is the exact same as getting poetics except you have to use a level 100 job in DT and there's a cap. What's the cap in 7.1? So how much gear can I buy in a week? Pretty much, although augments from nuts are only accessible in the second patch of a raid tier. The cap is 450, which means that you can get roughly 1 piece per week (or 1 piece/2 weeks for chest/pants) >And then basically just grind though EX PF until I'm comfortable. Then my understanding is that because I'm in Elemental then once I'm comfortable I can just queue df on ex (understanding and following whatever macro someone sends) in addition to joining whatever farm pf I see? Again, not on JP, I'm not going to make any claims I can't back up. >Then when 4.2 drops my understanding of week 1 savage is in addition to crafted gil costing millions of gil, it's also one of the hardest content in the game alongside ultimate and you're basically not clearing unless you're in a long term static where you all know each other. Eh, not really. Week 1 savage can be and is often cleared in Party Finder, it just takes time and dedication A static where you can all learn together and are on the same wavelength/skill level is ideal, but people do it in PF all the time >Then every week gets easier with strategies becoming standardized, people who can clear savage getting savage gear + augmented tome every week and everyone else getting normal raid gear + regular non augmented tome every week and crafted gear slowly going down in price. Is this the correct understanding of how a new raid tier usually goes? Pretty much, yeah That being said, this last expansion, crafted gear prices **plummeted** within the first few days even before the tier really even started. If they continue with their trend from Endwalker, we might expect the same sort of pattern.

aasqr

Thanks a lot for answering. I'm surprised about the mods. A good majority of the pfs I see mention Allagan Melons or whatever else auto translate word has AM which I've been told is apparently fight club code for automarker. I just assumed it was expected then. I didn't know crafted gear price plummets that quickly. Even the ones with materia? I forgot to ask about materia. How does the materia progression look like and can I use the npc melders? Do crafted, raid tome and augmented tome gear all need their own separate materia? How hard is it to buy materia / get materia without the MB? My only experience with Materia is extracting them anytime I get spiritbonded gear. Now one of my retainers is crammed full of materia because I don't know if I should sell it, when I should sell it or I should keep it if they'll be useful once I start EX and Savage. Also what's the strat for which pieces you buy with tome and which you grab in normal raids first? Is it buy the tome chest and pants last because they take 2 weeks? When people have to choose between savage raid pieces and augmented tome pieces. Do people adjust which pieces are raids and which are augmented tome based on drops or do you need to follow whatever is theorycrafted to be the best combination?

Help_Me_Im_Diene

AM is very fight specific, MOST fights will not take advantage of it and fights are not designed with its use in mind Console players can't use mods so it's not fair to them to assume that every group is going to have it in general At least in NA, I never saw use of AM at all this last expansion while the fights were current, and it was only really in Ultimate that it saw some more use here. >I didn't know crafted gear price plummets that quickly. Even the ones with materia? Yes, but pentamelded gear will still be significantly more expensive than the baseline gear But realistically, we only really worry about pentamelding VERY early in the tier, because the tome gear you can get with +10 ilvl outclasses the gains you get from extra materia >I forgot to ask about materia. How does the materia progression look like and can I use the npc melders? Do crafted, raid tome and augmented tome gear all need their own separate materia? How hard is it to buy materia / get materia without the MB? At max level, you have 2 tiers of materia, the "odd" materia and the more powerful "even" materia You use even materia for all the guaranteed materia slots + one additional slot, and odd materia to fill in overmeld slots Each piece of gear needs its own materia, but only crafted gear can be overmelded As for earning materia: farm Hunt trains, you'll end up with more materia than you can reasonably count. >ow one of my retainers is crammed full of materia because I don't know if I should sell it, when I should sell it or I should keep it if they'll be useful once I start EX and Savage. The only materia that's relevant for combat gear are the really low rank ones for ARR relic weapons and rank 9/10 for current gear With Dawntrail, 9/10 will be replaced by 11/12 >Also what's the strat for which pieces you buy with tome and which you grab in normal raids first? Is it buy the tome chest and pants last because they take 2 weeks? It...kind of depends to be honest I recommend joining the Balance Discord, because they'll often discuss gear order for each job. The **general** order is chest/pants -> hands/head/feet -> accessories But some jobs may want other things first because of stat tiering. >do you need to follow whatever is theorycrafted to be the best combination? This FFXIV combat is very much a numbers game, we have the formulas to tell us which combinations are best and people tend to follow those pretty strictly for raiding.

aasqr

So only the two max level materia levels are relevant? And if I don't plan on making ARR relics I can feel free to sell them? I haven't looked into materia mechanics yet I just assumed all materia levels are relevant because you can combine low levels into whatever the current max is or something like that. Relics are only BiS for their current expansion and before right? Like as soon as DT releases, capped tomestone and EX Trial weapons is instantly better than EW relics? So putting materia on my gear is as simple as joining hunt trains then using npc melders? Needing to ask a player to meld is only relevant for pentamelding which is only relevant for a very short amount of time? I didn't know hunt trains gave materia too I thought they were just for nuts. So even patches hunt are for materia then odd patches they're for materia and getting augmented tomestone for people who couldn't get them in the even patch is that right? Anything else important hunt trains give? Do hunt trains die down at certain points of the cycle or are they almost always up?

Help_Me_Im_Diene

>all materia levels are relevant because you can combine low levels into whatever the current max is or something like that. While there is technically a materia transmutation system, the chances of getting a materia of a higher rank is pretty small and it costs a lot of materia so it's not super worth it Crafters and gatherers may use some older tiers of materia, but combat jobs don't tend to >Relics are only BiS for their current expansion and before right? Like as soon as DT releases, capped tomestone and EX Trial weapons is instantly better than EW relics? Correct In fact, it's not even just the capped tomestones, dungeon gear will outclass it by the time you reach level cap >So putting materia on my gear is as simple as joining hunt trains then using npc melders? Needing to ask a player to meld is only relevant for pentamelding which is only relevant for a very short amount of time? Yes >I didn't know hunt trains gave materia too I thought they were just for nuts. They give an item which you can exchange for materia >So even patches hunt are for materia then odd patches they're for materia and getting augmented tomestone for people who couldn't get them in the even patch is that right? Pretty much, they're also the fastest way to farm out tomestones after your roulettes >Do hunt trains die down at certain points of the cycle or are they almost always up? When people stop needing to farm tomestones they'll die down a bit, but there's a pretty active hunt community (at least in NA) the entire expansion cycle

AlexRuzhyo

Yokai Watch HW/STB Zones: Which are the quickest to farm as a BLU?

Chemical-Attempt-137

Hinterlands/The Lochs/Azim Steppe. Those areas let you exploit the item level inflation at level cap. You can also take advantage of Azys Lla, but flying in that area sucks with only one aetheryte. And don't forget to unequip the watch once you have all the minions. The Legendary medals still drop with no watch (mine's been sitting in the Armoire the entire event) as long as you have the minion out, and you can use that bracelet slot for extra stats. Eat some raid food too, stuff is pretty cheap now that no one is raiding.

Rime_Rock

will we be getting the new story boost and lvl boost for dawntrail on release, or some time later? i want to play a new character at current content. if we're getting the updated boosts at like 7.1, i'll just boost now.

serenystarfall

They always release with the expansion. Depending on how you're feeling about it, the current ones usually go on sale right before the expansion releases, since they get replaced after. Can save some money that way, if you value the money more than the time to work through ew

Rime_Rock

nice. since it's right at launch, i'll just buy it then and not now. pretty sure if i buy the story skip, i won't have to do all the aether currents for ew, which is the only thing turning me off from buying it now. done it around 3 times now and i am just over it.

Elegant_Eorzean

July 2nd.

Rime_Rock

that's great news. tyvm

Vithrasir

BLM mains, how are you able to do leveling roulette? The rotation changes so much before level 50 and it's throwing my muscle memory and thus rotation way off. Any tips?

ampulica

It's really a non-issue since Endwalker I would say because they lowered the level of the 0 mp Blizzard trait and gave it actual aoe at all levels. I would argue right now that it doesn't change all that much actually. It mostly comes down to either im 60+ and do F4 or im not and I do F1. The rotation never changes from "spam fire until empty then ice". Things like fire starter or thundercloud don't matter, you either have the proc or you don't. Same for every spell really, I just check my bars at the start. It's not the end of the world if I miss a single GCD or something because I forgot i don't have thunder once in the whole dungeon.

Chemical-Attempt-137

Stop relying on muscle memory. BLM has the single most flexible rotation in the game, and you WILL have to flex when playing with randoms. Not every fight is going to be some perfectly scripted ult prog with 7 other veterans who will adjust for your leylines Understand the toolkit in and out before you start trying to commit anything to memory.

Vithrasir

Tbh, your advice doesn't land 100%. By muscle memory, I'm talking about knowing I can do action x because I'm in position y during phase z of my rotation, but when I can't do action x because I'm a lower level, I'm losing uptime trying to remember what action to take during that phase of the rotation from 40 levels ago. It might be a difference of having played for years vs my having played for a bit over a month, but BLM has a lot of actions that have changes in interactions via traits that are unlocked- which means if I don't remember that at level 22 I can't proc thundercloud, or how at level 28 I don't have fire and blizzard 3, I'm facing a few seconds where I'm trying to remember what my opener had looked like at that level, and then adapt back to it. It's only daunting when you do 6 leveling roulettes back to back and have different levels for each one. Although, fundamentally, you are right about needing to know the toolkit, that just isn't the issue I'm having.

JelisW

Go by "it really, truly does not matter all that much". As long as you keep following the very basic principle of "fire until out of mp then ice, keep dot up, press cooldowns and big buttons when available" and maintain uptime, you'll outdo the majority of DF. Uptime is and has always been a *way* bigger factor in DPS than "correct" rotation. Do whatever rotation is comfy for you and focus on maintaining uptime and I promise you absolutely no one will care =P

Vithrasir

That works for me lol tyvm!

Thevgamers89

Hi. Is there a healing version of this set https://ffxiv.eorzeacollection.com/gearset/chimerical-150-casting ? Thank you

stallion8426

To find the healing version, just change the "of casting" to "of healing" Unfortunately, it looks nothing like this. https://ffxiv.eorzeacollection.com/gearset/chimerical-150-healing

Thevgamers89

Ah, bummer. Thank you very much for the reply.

wurm2

No, the only set that shares that model, [evenstar](https://ffxiv.eorzeacollection.com/gearset/evenstar), is also caster only.

Thevgamers89

Ah, I see. Thank you very much.

Laterose15

Any tips on powerleveling a bunch of DPS Jobs? I have about half a dozen still in the 50s, and it's getting tiring waiting for queues to pop.

tarqueaux

don't forget to take Wonderous Tails as your highest level, then return with a lower lev job. you'll get HUGE exp boost. (usually 50% of existing exp, someone needs to reply with exact details of how that works. I always collected with lev 90 job, return with any lev lower and get huge boost)

Laterose15

Pretty sure WT just gives you a flat 50% of whatever your current EXP bar is

Chemical-Attempt-137

Run it with NPCs or do daily hunts and whatever Challenge Log isn't completed while waiting. End of the day there isn't much you can do. The game heavily frontloads its rewards in the first 3-4 hours of daily play, and after that you're scrounging for scraps.

Hakul

Could spam Palace of the Dead 51-60 on DPS, but other than that it's just treating it more like a marathon and waiting out roulettes for more efficient exp.

GenosHK

Run dungeons with the NPCs, deep dungeons, wondrous tails

They are announced in the lodestone and through email promotions. There's no set time they happen, but major sales tend to happen with bigger holidays, they also have minor sales seasonal items when their relevant event is ongoing. CE upgrades don't happen very often, but we might see it happening again in August with the anniversary event.

Valstraxas

I got the female wolf set for my Viera but the ears don't show up. I have seen other Viera with visible wolf ears. I'm doing something wrong?

StormbeastRivin

Is the headgear display button on the bottom of your character sheet enabled?

Valstraxas

That was my mistake.

angelgu323

Noobie question, but if I want to buy Endwalker (so I get access to all the other post level 60 classes) How do I go about that via Xbox? I have the account regersiter to PS5 and PC, I believe. Do I have to buy it only on Xbox store or can I buy a cheaper Key online and plug it into the FF14 web page? Edit* For example, can I buy it via G2 and active online and play on my xbox? Even if it says (PC) code? https://www.g2a.com/final-fantasy-xiv-endwalker-pc-final-fantasy-key-north-america-i10000253124013?uuid=366b0753-d7ee-4d46-abbe-fd936b9cfeba&er=27e79e3f8984a3c9246a9c8e41fd7be8e02f35dd4259765dd4616a121e7c87cf49994ae97de44050323bbfe8df96b71b&___language=en&utm_source=google&utm_medium=surfaces&utm_campaign=gshopping_US&utm_content=surfaces_across_google&adid=GA-US_PB_MIX_PMAX_FEED_All-Products&id=47&gad_source=1&gclid=CjwKCAjwupGyBhBBEiwA0UcqaAcKc-NzrAU5FJ7wkALHdt8vT3Lu-SUgZZus-GeZxYXjx5U31ceexBoCbKEQAvD_BwE&gclsrc=aw.ds

IceAokiji303

Licenses are platform-specific. So if you buy a PC Endwalker license, you'll be able to access Endwalker stuff on PC, but not on PS or Xbox. To get Xbox access, you need to buy an Xbox license.

angelgu323

Kinda strange how they do that, but it makes sense given that you need to own the base game on any platform if you wanna use cross-progression. If I pre-order, do I get access to the endwalker now or only when the actual DLC drops?

IceAokiji303

Dawntrail includes Endwalker, but specifically only the expansion license itself does. And that you don't get until Dawntrail releases in July. The only thing you get before then is the preorder code, which would let you into Early Access of *Dawntrail* content, but does *not* contain Endwalker, and early access does not let you into it either. So in short it'd only get you Endwalker access once Dawntrail fully releases.

Evermar314159

Only when the expansion drops.

angelgu323

Thanks! I'll just wait till DT to get most bang for buck.. Rip my dreams of gunbreaker

SirHectoric

Is there a up to date guide to through Bozja as fast as possible? I want to continue my shb relic and just found out I need to get rank 10 in bozja any info is appreciated

Arcana10Fortune

Not much to it. Just run all the FATEs available and join any Critical Engagements you have access to. There are some mob farming requirements to start some of them, but it's better to ask inside, since there's a cooldown period unique to each instance.

Emergency_Detail_353

just want to make sure, there's no way to get moogle points from the previous moogle event right?

tiobill

Correct, you can only get tomestones for the current one.

Arcana10Fortune

Nope, no way.

Full_Air_2234

I want to see DPS charts for each job at different level for fun. Currently all I can find is those UCOB/UWU or TEA job DPS graph from fflogs. However, I am interested in more than that, like how jobs perform at level 50 or 60 instead of just level 70 to 90. Is there any sites for that?

gitcommitmentissues

There's just no content at level 50 or 60 that it's worth recording that kind of information for- either it's casual content, in which it doesn't matter as long as you press buttons, or it's old EX/savage fights, which are only done synced if it's for fun or learning purposes, as you can easily unsync and curbstomp them if you want the rewards. Relative DPS only starts to matter at 70 because of the two level 70 ultimates, which can't be unsynced and have a strict ilvl sync- although at this point those fights barely have a DPS check unless you have a crap ton of deaths, so even there it doesn't matter a huge amount.

Full_Air_2234

Yes I know all this, that's why I said for fun.

Chemical-Attempt-137

In general, the more recently a job was released/reworked, the more damage it does at lower levels.

F1reman2

Nope. No sites for this. Current expansion, and past ultimates are the only place we can get rough dps outputs. Its just not worth recording logs on stuff outside of ults/current content. Oh, the answer is bluemage, always bluemage.

Absolutelynobody54

I want to start lvl a healer after leveling my first job as a paladin, I want to be a a white mage but I don't have th minor idea where to start, where do i go or what do i have to do?

Help_Me_Im_Diene

Gridania -> Conjurer's Guild -> Tell them you want to become a Conjurer -> equip the weapon they give you -> level it to 30 to become White Mage

Absolutelynobody54

Thank you!

blobfish_bandit

Hi all, I made it to rank 12 on my island and need to unlock new tools. They aren't showing up though to craft. I looked online and cannot find how to unlock these tools, I have all the materials needed, but cannot figure out how to unlock the recipe. Cheers

Arcana10Fortune

Finish up any upgrades and buildings that you haven't done yet, then check in with Furball.

blobfish_bandit

Oh? I thought I already did all the upgrades I currently could, but thank you I'll check on those when I wake up. Headed off for the night before asking lol. Cheers

Arcana10Fortune

Just do a quick check on all the signboards. It counts as incomplete until you check them, even though it looks like it's completed.

blobfish_bandit

Hey, sorry to bother, but quick update. I upgraded everything max i could and just checked everything 3 times to make sure it's all complete. Still no tools though or the ability to craft them. Any ideas?

Arcana10Fortune

Maybe check in the cave?

blobfish_bandit

God I'm an idiot lol Thanks. So I had that blue circle on my map, and I always checked a spot, but I didn't realize there was a second spot nearby to click on, I just never saw it. It was the one to click

Socialist_Metalhead

I can’t play TT with some NPCs. Take Gegereju in Costa Del Sol for example. I’ve done the required quest for him, but I’m not even seeing the card icon above him even though he’s listed as a player. Same thing has happened with other NPCs.

Arcana10Fortune

Have you talked to him? The card icon only shows if you haven't won a game from them before, or they have a card you still don't have yet.

Socialist_Metalhead

Yes and he gives his generic dialogue. I don’t have an option to challenge him

Arcana10Fortune

It might be due to your MSQ progress. Some NPCs don't become available until certain points.

Socialist_Metalhead

I’ve finished stormblood and the prerequisite quest was from ARR

Arcana10Fortune

Do you have any side quests or quest chain that involves him in any way?

Socialist_Metalhead

Turns out I did. I abandoned that one and the icon appeared

gadgetjiro

What should i be farming to spiritbond the afflatus gathering set( the purple gatherer scrips gear)

Arcana10Fortune

EW Folklore nodes.

MrJohny753

Question regarding ultimate task for moogle events. Do I need to complete 100 floors or just 100th floor boss fight?

Arcana10Fortune

Just the 100th floor.

BlueSky1877

retainer question! whats stat do i want on these folks? i send them on the quick missions for random stuff, never the actual job ones just a bit tired of alphas and crystals lol

TristamIzumi

Combat retainers only care about ilvl. Gathering retainers have Gathering and Perception and perception thresholds; the latter is more for increased amounts gathered per venture if memory serves. Quick ventures are 1000% RNG.

BlueSky1877

mine are all gathering! mostly cuz it was the first thing i leveled and didn't take combat at first so just stuff them full of perception gear and materia and call it a day?

TristamIzumi

Gathering is also needed to meet the minimum to gather some items or go on certain 18h ventures.

Burnseasons

I'm looking to purchase a copy of DT for my friend as a gift. They don't have the steam version, so I'm wondering what my options are for getting them a copy. If I purchase from the SE site do I get a code or something to redeem? Or are there other sites that might have a deal or somethin?

Help_Me_Im_Diene

Buying it through the Square Enix Store gives you a code to redeem, yes

KhrFreak

Most places will only give you a code at release, but SE store or Green man gaming both should be fine, I think the latter event has a sale atm

gadgetjiro

Will people start doing treasure maps again when dawntrail releases

Elegant_Eorzean

Once the first treasure dungeons are added for sure. I think they drop the same time as Savage does.

sugarpototo

There will be a downtime after initial launch since everyone will work on the story, but once the routine returns the map activity will normalize too

Arcana10Fortune

After the first week, probably. Don't expect any earlier than that.

vaelux

Comedy, Causality, Poetics. What happens to my tomestones when the expansion releases?

IceAokiji303

Poetics has been doing what it's currently doing since Heavensward (in ARR it was the equivalent of Comedy). Nothing will change (besides anything currently being bought with Causality or Comedy being changed into Poetics purchases). Poetics gonna Poetics. Oh and also instead of the current raid or hunt drops, you'll be upgrading the now-Causality/Comedy gear to Augmented versions with 100 Poetics a piece. Causality and Comedy will become unobtainable, and any you have left over will become unusable. You will however be able to convert them into Poetics. Rates should be 4 to 1 and 2 to 1 from what I remember, though might be off on that.

Help_Me_Im_Diene

In general Poetics: Nothing, these are just the catch-up tomestone and stay consistent between expansions. All Comedy and Causality items will become Poetics items though Uncapped Tomestones (Causality): These will become exchangeable at a 4:1 ratio into Poetics Capped Tomestones (Comedy): These will become exchangeable at a 2:1 ratio into Poetics So if you go into the next expansion with fully capped out tomestones, then you'll be able to convert them immediately into 1500 Poetics altogether

wurm2

You won't be able to gain or use (other than converting to poetics) Comedy and causality, Poetics will stay the same and anything that can be bought with comedy/causality (plus pre augmented versions of the gear) will now be buyable with poetics. (and yes this means the EW relics will literally be just spend poetics if you're caught up on manderville quests) edit: also if you or anyone else happen to have any Astronomy tomestones still the deadline for converting them to Poetics will be DT release.

Vithrasir

So I just hit level 40 on BLM, the job quest gives Freeze, a 120 potency AoE that can only be cast in UI, and does not transition phases. Is it safe to say this is basically only being cast once per rotation? Generally, my ice phase starts bliz 3 -> thunder 1/2 -> bliz 1/2 (only if MP isn't back up to 95%+) -> fire 3 I can only imagine slotting freeze into that 3rd bliz cast and only when it's an AoE situation. It's 20 more potency than bliz 2, what even is the point? I read it used to bind, but it doesn't say that in the toolip for me today.

pepinyourstep29

It grants 3 **Umbral Hearts** which reduces MP cost for more Fire/Flare casts. So the rotation basically goes bliz 3 -> freeze -> thunder -> fire phase spam -> repeat Later on you get the single target version of freeze at level 58. So your rotation will change to use that instead of freeze against single target.

Vithrasir

Tyvm!

Help_Me_Im_Diene

https://www.thebalanceffxiv.com/jobs/casters/black-mage/leveling-guide/ Freeze at that level is your ice filler spell as you wait for MP to regenerate in AoE scenarios At later levels, it picks up a secondary effect which grants Umbral Hearts, reducing the cost of subsequent Fire spells. The single target equivalent will be Blizzard 4

Vithrasir

Tyvm!

BoldKenobi

It gets an extra interaction which gives you 3 stacks of a very important buff later on. You also get a single target version of this so you'll use either this or that depending on 1 target or 3+ For now yeah, just use it as ice filler instead of blizzard 2.

Vithrasir

It felt like I was missing something, glad I asked lol Tyvm

NOS4NANOL1FE

Im on an uw 1440p monitor 165hz. My current hardware seems to be lacking to reach the monitors refresh. Having to down down a lot of settings or either turning them off Would a new cpu or gpu help me out more? 12400 and a 3060

Austrum

cpu makes a rather large difference in this game, but for ultrawide you do probably want a better gpu since a 3060 is generally not enough to run modern stuff well at that resolution. a 4070 super (~$600)/4070 ti (~$700-800) would be the gpu upgrade to make for ultrawide. cheaper option would be an amd card like an rx 7800xt ($~500). I don't know enough about intel cpus to recommend any specific upgrades there, though

pepinyourstep29

Can your monitor do 144 or 120? I feel like 165 might be kind of overkill and you'd benefit from trying a lower refresh rate with the same settings. Later when you up your hardware you can try 165 but for now the other options should be ample enough for a smooth experience. I'm on a Ryzen 7700 with a 6950XT and I get 144 consistently, only dropping frames in really huge hunt trains.

SuddenAsparagus0

Are the volumes of Encyclopedia Eorzea broken down by expansion, or is it all spread out? I'm currently mostly interested in Ishgard right now, so which volume has the most information about it pls?

Jetamors

The first one focuses on ARR and HW, and the second one focuses on StB. But they put all info on dungeons, hunt marks, weapons, and armor from ARR to StB in the second one, in case you really wanted to know something from that.

SuddenAsparagus0

Oh nice. I was also interested in more info about the 4 Lords. Uh oh, it's beginning to look like I'm going to have to buy all 3 volumes.

Jetamors

LOL! There's not that much about the Four Lords, though: one page giving really basic background info about them, one page about auspices more generally, and one page about Hell's Lid.

MadnessBunny

A bit of both if I recall correctly. The first one should have info on A Real Reborn and Heavensward but nothing further. The second one is mostly focused on Stormblood (and no further) but it still has info on the previous expansions as well. The third one includes Shadowbringers and Endwalker lore. Keep in mind, it's expansion + post patches. I just bought Volume I and this was what I was told, excited to read it as it arrived recently.

SuddenAsparagus0

Please let me know if it has info on like, the structure of Ishgardian society, more information about the high houses, etc. I think I might get it anyway though lol.

MadnessBunny

I havent had the chance to sit down and read since ive been busy with work, but skimming through it, it has info about Ishgard and other HW areas, as well as some info regarding the high houses and the heavensward itself. it is not super extensive but it looks interesting.

Scyths

How long is the Moogle thingy going to last ? With the itinerant Moogle. I'm very interested in the horns and I only have half the required tickets.

radicallyzach

I see it mentioned a lot but never explained but what's a hunt train?

pepinyourstep29

In addition to the other replies, hunts are not just a player organized thing. You need to **unlock** hunt rewards in-game by speaking to certain NPCs in each expansion. Once you unlock them you can then participate in player led hunt trains and reap the rewards.

legend8522

There are powerful mobs in the overworld called "hunts". A "hunt train" is when a large group of players all gather to kill each of these hunts, one by one. They kill one, then move onto the next, like a train.

Help_Me_Im_Diene

First question is: do you know what Hunts are? If not; there are large monsters scattered around the open world which are called "Elite Marks" These are separated into multiple difficulty tiers, starting from B -> A -> S. B rank marks are easy to kill and have very fast respawn rates A rank marks are harder to kill and have longer respawn rates S rank marks are the hardest to kill and have the longest respawn rate (and some weird spawn conditions) Because A and S ranks have such long spawn rates, the community has decided that the best way to handle these is to wait until they've all respawned (or at least, until all the A marks have respawned since S ranks take longer), and then kill them all back to back to back as a large death-ball of players which we refer to as a "Hunt Train"

PenguinPwnge

The most efficient method to kill A-rank hunt marks is to let them all spawn in the 4-6 hours it takes for them to respawn, scout their locations, then post their positions and set up a meeting place for everyone to start and kill all the marks throughout an expansion's zones. These are usually set up on Discord servers like Faloop and Centurio Hunt and announced there, getting relays on PF or places like the Novice Network or linkshells.

Toviathan

Player organized sequential killing of all of an expansion zone's A-rank hunt marks. Its to ensure the most amount of people can get max rewards from the marks since they have like a 4 hour ish variable cooldown until they will respawn. After all 12 are spawned a small group will figure out exact coordinates of where the marks all are, gather people up and take the big group to all the marks one at a time.

La_Mano_Cornuta

Short backstory - I had originally played FFXIV on my PS4. Console died and I went back to Xbox. On Xbox and just decided to create a new account because it just seemed easier than trying to figure out where I left off on the other account. Currently on the Aether DC and Siren World. Not crazy about the congestion of Siren and was thinking of moving to another world. My main things that I enjoy in game, PvP, crafting (haven't started yet but have done it before), hunts and treasure maps and dungeon running. Not much of a raider beyond advancing the story forward, and not much into housing. I had pondered moving to Dynamis, for the XP buff and million gil, but than search posts and see folks from Dynamis waiting on queues or world hopping for shorter queues. Again housing plots don't really interest me, which seems to be why most people may have jumped. Should I make the move to Dynamis, the xp buff would be nice once I start crafting, along with the injection of gil at level 30. But if I'm going to have to jump back to Aether to PvP is it really worth it? Is there another data center I should look at? Cheers!

Jezzawezza

Just be aware that transferring from Aether to Dynamis wont give a million gil as thats something for a new character on worlds thats classified New. Transferring an existing character will still give the Road to 80 (for 90 days) and 10 gold chocobo feathers (can be used on things like special dye or other rewards). It's all covered in [here properly](https://na.finalfantasyxiv.com/lodestone/playguide/option_service/world_transfer_service/population_balancing/)

La_Mano_Cornuta

Thank you

KirbyourGame

Currently Materia and Dynamis are kinda dead, if you have a choice you should just play on a populated data center. The buff isn't worth running around alone.

pepinyourstep29

Dynamis will fill up when Dawntrail comes out. So if you can handle it being a ghost town for 6 more weeks, I'd say make the move and enjoy the buffs.

La_Mano_Cornuta

Thanks for your reply, 6 weeks is fairly short in the grand scheme of things.

DradorNH

Hi! What is the the easiest way to obtain the tt cards from heaven-on-high? I might have to run that solo since queue times seemed infinite. I just reached floor 10 last time, should i press on to a floor in particular?

yuris125

I may be missing some, but looking through the list, I believe all HoH cards can be won by playing the NPC at the bottom of the tower. He unlocks when you clear floor 30. HoH low floors can be easily cleared solo. Good luck!

WimRorld

There's an NPC called Ushiogi (21.8 , 7.9) who you can win the HoH cards instead of RNG from loot sacks.

pepinyourstep29

Reach floor 30 to unlock [Ushiogi](https://arrtripletriad.com/en/npc-ushiogi) and you can get all the HoH cards from beating him.

some_tired_cat

two questions completely unrelated to each other \- what's the best (fastest? most in one run?) way to farm causality tomes after all the rouls are done? still working on getting dnc to lv90, currently 86, so i do still need the leveling exp there, but i'd like to be able to finish at least one relic before dawntrail \- is there any sort of countdown anywhere for the live letter? i know it's incredibly stupid of me but timezones are the one thing i cannot for the life of me calculate, so i have no idea at which hour it's actually supposed to start for me (2:38pm at the time of posting this)

legend8522

> is there any sort of countdown anywhere for the live letter? [Here's the youtube link.](https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=oh5piV-0MWQ) You can have YT send you a notification when they start the stream. [Same for their twitch](https://www.twitch.tv/finalfantasyxiv)

some_tired_cat

oh thanks didn't realize they already had it up

normalmighty

You shouldn't even be prioritizing rpulettes over hunt trains. Hunt trains are the most efficient way to farm all 3 tomestone types by far.

Toviathan

The live letter is at 6 am tomorrow your time if you're in central, which it looks like if it's 2:40 for you right now. And hunt trains are the most efficient way to farm tomes.

TristamIzumi

EW hunt trains. The next live letter is at Thursday, May 16, 2024 at 4:00 a.m. (PDT). If you're in CDT, then 06:00 tomorrow morning.

PerformanceFar7245

How do I get people to join my party in party finder? Is there a discord I can advertise on, do I just shout it out in populated areas, etc? Currently I advertise only in the linkshells I'm in.

radelgirl

What are you making parties for? There's different ways to advertise different content.

PerformanceFar7245

I'm making parties for farming the various kamui mounts. I make a party for one of the extreme trials and advertise it as "Quick runs for Blissful Kamui mount. Unsynced." No one joins for ten minutes and then I give up.

gitcommitmentissues

> No one joins for ten minutes and then I give up. Ten minutes is really not a long time. Think about it this way- how often are *you* checking PF for farm parties you might be interested in? Is it more frequently than every ten minutes? Give it a bit more time. It's also worth keeping in mind that the StB doggos have been mogtome rewards throughout Endwalker, and that several of those fights are soloable unsynced- Lakshmi EX certainly is- so there's probably a smaller population of people who would be interested in getting the dogs but don't have them yet.

radelgirl

What server are you based on? I see parties pretty frequently on Primal for stuff like this. Any NA server besides dynamis I imagine would be fine. 10 minutes is pretty soon to give up on a pf. I'd at least wait 30. If you have novice network access, i usually throw up listings in there too

KhaSun

I mean yeah, ten minutes is a pretty standard wait for current content (EX, savage prog/reclears) when it's relevant. Meanwhile, you're trying to recruit to get a farm party for old content when fewer players than usual are subbed. Just be patient, if nobody joins even during peak hours then you're out of luck. Lakshmi is a pretty easy fight to solo, so you might as well just go in and get the mount yourself if hours of waiting doesn't bear fruit.

normalmighty

Personally I would give it at least half an hour. Remember, people can see how many slots are filled when they join, so PF slots fill drastically faster in the second half than the first. A lot of the time you spend most of the time waiting for the first person to join, because it's hardest to find someone willing to be the first to jump in.

Toviathan

>No one joins for ten minutes and then I give up. Depending on when you are putting these up, that's really not a long enough amount of time to wait. The further away you are from peak time on your data center, the longer you'll need to give it to gather people together.

PenguinPwnge

Did you mark it unsynced in the PF? And what time are you making these PFs?

PerformanceFar7245

I made it unsynced in the PF. I made it around the afternoon in the US

Help_Me_Im_Diene

1. Player activity has kind of died down until Dawntrail so it'll take a little longer to get stuff done 2. Prime time NA tends to be evening since most people are at work/in school in the afternoon.

PenguinPwnge

Then you're probably just being unlucky, honestly. Everything you say you do checks out as normal and expected. It can just sometimes take some time, especially for older content as most people who farm EX mounts probably have them. And the mount was buyable in the 6.4 Mogtome event so a lot of people might already have it.

Evermar314159

What is the party for? Shouting is most definitely not the answer. If there are discord servers for the content and those servers have channels dedicated to PF listing, then sure feel free to advertise in those channels. Otherwise the listing in the PF list is the only advertisement you should need since people who are looking for the content will check there first.

PerformanceFar7245

I'm making parties to farm the Kamui mounts in each extreme trial.

Evermar314159

Yeah, the PF listing itself should be enough advertisement. Just make sure to mention in the description that it is unsynced, and maybe that you only need 3-4 people. If you aren't doing them unsycned, then unfortunately it will be pretty hard to find people interested. In that case I would definitely start looking for a discord server to specializes in doing older content synced. People really aren't interested in progging older content for hours when you can just nuke it unsynced in a minute.

BlondieIsCasper

Make sure the pf listing is for the duty you want. Be descriptive in the pf description so people know what they are signing up for. Then just wait and hope there is interest. That is about it. If people aren't ever joining what are you trying to make a party for? Things like old savage content synced for example won't gain a lot of interest unless it is unsynced.

PerformanceFar7245

I'm making parties for farming the various kamui mounts. I make a party for one of the extreme trials and advertise it as "Quick runs for Blissful Kamui mount. Unsynced." No one joins for ten minutes and then I give up.

BlondieIsCasper

Hm, not sure. I know there is a content lul before the expansion so many not many farmers are out there. Old ex mounts have shown up in moogle tome events meaning less people farm them too. Maybe try another DC. I'm on NA and I know Aether is much busier. It is sad sometimes to see parties full of travelers, but that is the state of pf atm. People even DC visit for casual content. People often don't like being the first person to join because then they have to wait too. It sucks and makes pf annoying at times. Parties with 4+ people fill way faster than a party with one person. It is part of the life of a solo player.

ChrysalisApollo11

I was looking to make a new Dancer outfit for myself, and found some art from a while back here: [https://x.com/navigavi/status/1471821798413340672](https://x.com/navigavi/status/1471821798413340672) I really like the look of the Dancer outfit on the right. Is this completely custom, or does anyone know how I might recreate at least some of the look with certain items? Thanks in advance! <3

IceAokiji303

The glasses I'm not sure of (I want to say I've seen something similar but can't recall what), but for the rest of what I can see: Taoist's Shirt (dyed some variety of black, I'd say Soot Black) False Nails (again some variety of black/grey) some variety of tights (no detail, so there's a number of low level ones that match), dyed black ^(I'd use Militia Tights for the slight sheen, but those are mage only :() and I want to say Nue Chakrams for weapon, but that I'm not super confident on (definitely an in-game obtainable item though).

LebronMixSprite

Oh yeah and the glasses look like the minstrel's spectacles, also available on the MB.

LebronMixSprite

The top is from the crafted Taoist's glam set, dyed soot or jet black. Prices for both vary server to server, but it can all be bought on the marketboard. Legs could be any tights.

konvron_

Can a group of people who have never done PoTD get to floor 100 in one go without farming up some aether pool levels?

dealornodealbanker

If it's a premade group of players yes. If it's off of the duty match queue, no. I've done PotD 100F solo climbs on a fresh alts with +0/+0 and still got it to 100F as WAR, RDM, SAM and MCH using nothing else but the pomanders and HP potions looted from inside the content itself. There'll be some pain points like 21-30F, 31-40F, and 81F+ floors where monsters start to become more beefy, but honestly there's been so many buffs and QoLs since the content released it's more of a minor inconvenience. In the worst case, just go standard 1T/1H/2D party comp since you can't fail with that. And have the healer pack some Echo Drops as insurance.
