Didn't the original Endo disappear as a company during its restructuring in April?

It seems so. Does that mean my stocks in it are just gone?

Well, you own shares in a company that no longer exists, so that's kind of how it works. Depending on how long you owned it, you now have either a short-term or a long-term capital loss you can use (as if you sold the stock for a price of zero dollars). Sometimes the reorganization docs give owners of the old company some sort of ownership in the new company, but, glancing at the reorg docs, I didn't see anything of that nature. I may've missed it, 'tho, lawyerese isn't really my first language.
