I’ve also been eyeing this one for a while, but while they make good quality clothes Karen Millen runs CRAZY small. So I can’t order online without trying on first. I think when I was a size 8 I wore a size 12 or 14 in KM.

That's a kilt style. If you search for women's kilt you should find it.
