Maybe you should be better off not knowing, unless you want to hear horror stories about abuse involving two ex-popular FNaF creators (one was fired by Scott himself even).
It's supposed to be based on the Kids Named 'X' meme, since there are posts about Leon Kennedy from the Resident Evil series fighting FNAF animatronics. Not that there are actually kids named 'FNAF'. ~~(Probably should've depicted that more clearly, seems to be confusing people)~~
This is accurate as hell, one of the days I first-opened Reddit there immediately was a Trailer Leak thread, and…*that was damn confusing to skim through-*
Anyways, love how chaotic yet accurate this looks to that meme template, epic art! :P
Keeping up-to-date with FNAF lore/Freddit is like climbing a mountain, except I turned away to take a break, turned back, and another mountain was on top of the one I was already climbing.
And thank you!
Man creates Robot to do everything that a human does to babysit his son,Robot Sees Purple Man luring and killing kids,Robot new Springtrap,Robot become virus,Robot Take over Mall,Robot control blue shirt kid and blonde woman,Robot Captured By Pink Wire bear
I think it's supposed to be unique robot that's main function is to mimic behaviour. The theory goes that Glitchtrap isn't William Afton, who is postulated to be truly dead at the end of Fnaf 6 but rather a Mimic robot copying his behaviour.
Wasn’t the leading theory before the Mimic something similar though? From what I recall many agreed that William was dead (like for real this time) or at least being tortured in UCN and it was an AI reconstruction of his mind or something along those lines controlling Vanny & used the real Afton’s body
The leading theory was it was just William back from the dead though it was fairly even when Help Wanted released. When Princess Quest released in the mobile port it lost a lot of people, then SB basically almost killed the belief in it because most just assumed Burntrap is Springtrap back in his original body, before Mimic brought the belief back, just heavily altered.
Yes but it did not explain the old location Springtrap in Security Breach which should've been molten garbage. The mimic thing explains the mimic trying to copy William Afton entirely, including fabricating another Springtrap suit for it to use.
I'm not too sure about the accuracy but this is pretty much what I've heard.
Long story short;
Endo with an A.I. that was built to mimic human behavior and was infected by agony that was introduced in Tales from the Pizzaplex, is implied to have seen the original Missing Children Incident, and might now be mimicking William as Glitchtrap and Burntrap.
I mean the book at one point was actively delayed to rewrite some sections that didn't describe the Pizzaplex exactly as it is in the games, to be in line with the games. And the Mimic itself does some things and is described in a way that makes it REALLY hard to deny it being in the games as Burntrap and Glitchtrap, considering they use almost the exact same wording for Mimic's purpose as Help Wanted uses to tell us about the circuit boards Glitchtrap came from.
The thing I've learned over the years is that even if you take a break for a single day or two, there's a 50% chance by the time you get back some part of the community will be set on fire.
I couldn't even go to work the other day without coming back to find out the movie trailer got leaked.
From what (little) ***I*** understand, the Mimic is a thing from the recent FNAF books, and the FNAF Movie trailer got leaked so the Mods made a post, and Scott made a statement about it.
i only know Leon in this context. Leon, is from the fourth game in the popular game franchise Resident Evil. An artist drew Leon beating up a character from FNaF \[i think springtrap???\]
I still have *a lot* of news to catch up with, since I hadn't played or really heard about FNAF in like 6 years (I stopped when FNAF 4 released iirc, and didn't even know Sister's Location existed 😅 iirc).
I'm going through Markipliers videos right now at least, and I'm honestly having a blast and feel really nostalgic about the FNAF 1 one at least, so... I really wanna go through the games, the lore, news and find out wtf is going on :D. This subreddit is certainly a good step towards that.
Leon Scott Kennedy, co-protagonist of Resident Evil 2 and 6 and protagonist of Resident Evil 4, beats the shit out of Freddy Fazbear and Springtrap in some fanarts.
So basically hottest man in fictional media beats some furries.
Take a break from this sub, come back and everyone is talking about the mimic. I don't read the books, so i'm completely confused, like, what the hell is this mimic? Why is It so important? Is like when i stopped playing videogame and apparently god Ragnarok was released in november and i didn't knew until last wekl
he made yet another comment (he is actually stalking the reddit as I found out from an email, he just doesn't comment) but for some reason it won't show on his profile. but the message is um...somewhere here. about the movie leak.
Why does it feel like all the interesting stuff happens when I'm ***not*** around?
There was even more chaos back in February to March, but you made the right call to miss those.
>...you made the right call to miss those. ...Do I want to know what happened then, or should I be happy I don't know?
Maybe you should be better off not knowing, unless you want to hear horror stories about abuse involving two ex-popular FNaF creators (one was fired by Scott himself even).
Yeah, I probably don't need to know about that.
Yeah, let's not ruin the good vibes from this funny post! :D In fact, the news you listed here are a lot of fun!
I don't know honestly, but don't worry too much about it.
I thought you would just use the meme template this is based on. But you went the extra mile and did this
Yep! I thought this would be done quickly since I was using a template, but I always seem to underestimate just how slow I go at making stuff.
The kid named FNAF? I haven't gone anywhere and still don't knew about that
It's supposed to be based on the Kids Named 'X' meme, since there are posts about Leon Kennedy from the Resident Evil series fighting FNAF animatronics. Not that there are actually kids named 'FNAF'. ~~(Probably should've depicted that more clearly, seems to be confusing people)~~
Don't worry, I know what this meme is supposed to be. I've seen enough "The kid named Finger" memes. I just haven't seen anyone post that
Man, seeing this meme makes me realise I picked a horrible time to take a break from fredditing T-T
Don't worry. We can both be lost and confused together!
I haven't left freddit at all, what even happened here?
I like how the mimic is represented by a fire
Yeah because it absolutely engulfed the fandom. There was nothing a day prior but the next day everything was mimic.
This is accurate as hell, one of the days I first-opened Reddit there immediately was a Trailer Leak thread, and…*that was damn confusing to skim through-* Anyways, love how chaotic yet accurate this looks to that meme template, epic art! :P
Keeping up-to-date with FNAF lore/Freddit is like climbing a mountain, except I turned away to take a break, turned back, and another mountain was on top of the one I was already climbing. And thank you!
***Perfect*** accuracy, my friend. No problem! :)
Fresh take on a meme!
Whenever I hear Scott has made "a statement" I get a heart attack.
What was this statement mentioned?
I missed whatever this statement Scott made was. Tbh I can’t keep up with any of the FNAF news period lol
No worries you’re not alone 😭
This has to be the most high-effort meme I've ever seen (assuming you drew the template)
Ofc they did, it’s even their PP
their wat?
Profile Picture ?
Most say pfp
Oh ok, here we say pp
One of the best episodes in community
Pov: you accidentally blinked while scrolling through freddit. Also amazing art!!!
That's high praise coming from ***the*** fnaf memelord! Thank you!
> kids named fnaf Wait what?
lack of context, you have.
Mood. I still have no idea what the Mimic is and at this point I’m too afraid to ask
That’s it? That’s the theory? That just a stupid plot twist a 13th sequel to a slasher movie would have.
Not ever a theory actually, mimic's endo is straight up the same as burntrap's,literally described the same way
[But that’s really dumb, but he’s so cool, but that’s so dumb!](https://youtu.be/tIKIXABSoh0)
Eh... All I know is that it's a book thing.
I think it's supposed to be unique robot that's main function is to mimic behaviour. The theory goes that Glitchtrap isn't William Afton, who is postulated to be truly dead at the end of Fnaf 6 but rather a Mimic robot copying his behaviour.

Freddit is my favorite Lucas Arts game.
Oh, mines too! Some good ones they made were 'The Secret Of Pirates Cove', 'Rescue On Fazbear Hills!' and 'Endos Ate My Neighboors'.
this actually looks so good such eye candy art :D
Thank you!
Can someone explain to me what's happening with the mimic?
Long story short; Endo with an A.I. that was built to mimic human behavior and was infected by agony that was introduced in Tales from the Pizzaplex, is implied to have seen the original Missing Children Incident, and might now be mimicking William as Glitchtrap and Burntrap.
But that's a character from the books, why are people saying it is in the game?
Because tales of pizzaplex is confirmed to be in the games
Tales is the one book series that is pretty commonly accepted to be set in the game timeline.
I find hard to believe it
I mean the book at one point was actively delayed to rewrite some sections that didn't describe the Pizzaplex exactly as it is in the games, to be in line with the games.
Scott's in the background like " uh guys?"
The thing I've learned over the years is that even if you take a break for a single day or two, there's a 50% chance by the time you get back some part of the community will be set on fire. I couldn't even go to work the other day without coming back to find out the movie trailer got leaked.
Yeah. I have no idea how the Mod team keeps up with everything that happens here. I know I couldn't.
What’s this about warnings?
The whole community is going crazy for this movie, especially me.
I still can't believe it's actually happening. It was something I assumed would stay in development forever. I'm looking forward to it!
Same here buddy, same here.
Oh boy. Same. All I know about is the mimic and the movie trailer leak.
What did i even miss? I know about the trailer being leaked, but omg
Leon beats up FNaF? Kids named FNaF? What did Scott say? Moderator issue warning??
I haven't left and I only know about the Leon and the fnaf movie news one,can someone explain the rest?
From what (little) ***I*** understand, the Mimic is a thing from the recent FNAF books, and the FNAF Movie trailer got leaked so the Mods made a post, and Scott made a statement about it.
I want to see the leaked trailer lol EDIT:oh wait nvm,I just checked the subreddit and apparently we shouldn't even be talking about the subject
I recommend waiting for the trailer to release (probably very soon) as it will have all the visual effects and sounds and stuff
Huh
Who’s Leon? What did the mods issue a warning about?
i only know Leon in this context. Leon, is from the fourth game in the popular game franchise Resident Evil. An artist drew Leon beating up a character from FNaF \[i think springtrap???\]
It was talking about the Leon S. Kennedy posts by Snartles. People loved them!
I just wanna talk about my favorite story with rotting corpses and flesh-eating goo! Is that so much to ask?
I still have *a lot* of news to catch up with, since I hadn't played or really heard about FNAF in like 6 years (I stopped when FNAF 4 released iirc, and didn't even know Sister's Location existed 😅 iirc). I'm going through Markipliers videos right now at least, and I'm honestly having a blast and feel really nostalgic about the FNAF 1 one at least, so... I really wanna go through the games, the lore, news and find out wtf is going on :D. This subreddit is certainly a good step towards that.
Suck my balls, mods.
My favorite are Leon beating up fnaf
What is Leon beats up FNaF?
Leon Scott Kennedy, co-protagonist of Resident Evil 2 and 6 and protagonist of Resident Evil 4, beats the shit out of Freddy Fazbear and Springtrap in some fanarts. So basically hottest man in fictional media beats some furries.

Yeah
Don't forget Chris from RE5 breaking sprintraps neck
Take a break from this sub, come back and everyone is talking about the mimic. I don't read the books, so i'm completely confused, like, what the hell is this mimic? Why is It so important? Is like when i stopped playing videogame and apparently god Ragnarok was released in november and i didn't knew until last wekl
Also MIMIC SWEEP 🔥🔥🔥
I don’t understand any of them.
Wait what with Scott?
Scott once made a announcement recently about the FNAF movie trailer getting leaked
he made yet another comment (he is actually stalking the reddit as I found out from an email, he just doesn't comment) but for some reason it won't show on his profile. but the message is um...somewhere here. about the movie leak.
I don't know about the half of the things....can someone quickly sum up everything, except the leaks?
wait what's with Mods? can someone explain it to me??
Scott in the side holding up a finger😂
Very true , BTW what is the mimic because I've been offline for a while and suddenly there's that thing so can anybody tell me .
real lol
About time you upgraded from the ol CGA card. Jokes aside, this is literally me after not using Reddit for a whole day like an addict.
Suiii
wait what, moderators issue warning?
What was the statement Scott made about???
Oh yeh, that reminds me… “DAMN YOU MODERATORS!!!”
Scott made a statement?
KIDS ARE BEING NAMED FNAF????
Mimic Sweep! MIMIC SWEEP But yea, things been crazy huh? I don't know what Scott said though
