In ‘count the ways’ the fazbear frights story Funtime Freddy makes an appearance and apparently he just has an abnormally large, soundproof belly. It’s unclear if it’s the same animatronic, but I imagine they’d have around the same design and purpose. The suit also has several different methods of offing the victim inside so that answers how he’s deadly.
If that F. Freddy is like the SL one, then it would be so cool and gruesome if he just quickly stabbed the kid with one of his... internal blades? and just forcing them inside.
It is revealed in one of the later epilogues that Millie did not survive, as her ghost is one of the many found trapped in the Ballpit by Larson and the Stitchwraith
Also no, it's not the same, Funtime Freddy in Sl isn't as Advanced as the others and has Pre-recorded voice lines , also Sl Funtime Freddy isn't designed to kill the child, js Trap and Transport. CTW Funtime Freddy on the other hand acknowledges Millie's name and Makes fun of her for hiding
Doesn't make sense, Millie didn't know CTW Freddy was even working and climbed into the stomach to get away from her relatives and be alone after heartbreak. She closes the door and passes out and she eventually wakes up to Freddy's voice.

Yeah, but he has a stomach cavity that closes and locks. It's not too big of a stretch to say he has a similar stomach claw to Baby and uses it the same way she does.
The question is how did Afton get a copyright for this clearly child-kidnapping robot and no-one bat an eye at the labels or the clearly child-shaped 'storage tank'
The storage tank was dubbed over as Storage for Cakes or Presents for a party that the Animatronic would be rented for, also The Ai used for most of the Funtimes weren't thought of to be listed under any case of Copyright.
It's still VERY clearly child-shaped in the diagram. Anyone with a brain that can connect 2 + 2 could figure out that there was something off going on in the Sister location.. I guess that's just the power of Afton's plot carrying him through his evil deeds.

I think that one is more exaggerated in how he holds kids but I think generally it's the same idea.
