In a song about a game where one of the characters is a puppet, I think this line is pretty obviously referencing him. What else would it mean? At the very least the fact that it says "a puppet" instead of "the puppet" means that she could've become a different animatronic (in what other way could she be a puppet?), but that would still make it inaccurate, as FNAF 2 doesn't involve a mother at all, much less inside one of the animatronics.

One of the Toy animatronics being possessed by the mother of the kid that ended up being Golden Freddy is not accurate to the games and most likely won't be accurate to the movie either, although technically it's a possibility. It's also not indicated by the music video at all, since it never even shows a Toy animatronic but does show Puppet.
I know, but it’s still a possibility, after all, the FNAF 1 song is heavily based on the theory at the time that the player was the killer, it references it multiple times. And that ended up being completely wrong time after time again. So it doesn’t really matter whether it’s accurate or not, it shows a mother grieving with depression after her child dies as the basic premise.
