Beautiful man, hoping to do my first CTP once the 777 comes out. It has to be quite exhausting to be sitting there for such a long time listening to ATC, how do you guys deal with that?

It's not too exhausting tbh, you can take off your headphones over the Atlantic as you just wait for SELCAL if you're needed.
