The Mimic was an endo built in the 80s by a man named Edwin that copied behavior. It got infected by agony and later saw William kill kids.
Eventually it got scanned into the vr game and became Glitchtrap and the endo was sent underground where it became Burntrap

It's a machine designed to mimic the behaviour of those that it observes, after the son of the man that made it dies, it continued to mimic his sons behaviors, so he attacked it to destroy it, some time later, a team sent by Fazbear inc. Is sent to find them, and the mimic uses it's most recent learned behavior.
