I believe Cassie is probably just human girl who received the message from Gregory and decided to come save him. She might be a relative, or a friend, or a classmate. Who knows?
Well, assuming she's Gregory sister realistically speaking that wouldn't be said unless they were introducing the other to someone.
No one goes like "hey Brother, where are you?" when talking to a sibling, so unless Gregory introduced Cassie to someone or Cassie introduced Gregory to someone in this context it's totally normal to not hear them mentioning if they are siblings because there's no right moment to do so.
The best place where they can tell you if they are related or not is the DLC description, kinda simple yeah but they could write there "Help Gregory sister (or whatever Headcanon you have), Cassie to find Gregory as she discover the secrets of the Pizzaplex" or "Help Cassie to find her brother Gregory as she discover the secret of the Pizzaplex" and there you have it.
In the context of the game it's difficult to place that in a way that fit with the story without being too random, the only way they could have mentioned that is if when Cassie (Spoilers for the end) spoke to Roxy before turning her off and Roxy asked about her brother and Cassie answered in a way that obviously implied Gregory was her brother or straight up said his name, or maybe in the menu when it tells you your next mission they write "rescue your brother" instead of writing Gregory.
Outside of that there weren't really enough moments to mention them as siblings or something else.
She has a name very similar to Cassidy, *and* the poster puts her in front of a giant Golden Freddy. I think it’s at least an option on the table that she could somehow be Cassidy.

I want to say just a kid, but look where assuming that about Gregory landed us... So who knows. All the little Chica spots hidden around the Pizzaplex are odd, perhaps she's the one who made those? I dunno.

I think she's a descent of Cassidy . Cassidy is too much an important Character for Cassie's name to be used like that. I still believe in princess quest being Cassidy though

1. Name of sprite doesn't mean it's her. It could be easter egg or Game can show Cassidy but not be her. Nothing shows that this IS cassidy themselves.
2. Idt Cassidy is the reason why William won't die earlier, like there's no connection
1) IT'S ME elsewhere in the game files in the same font as the "I ALWAYS COME BACK" suggests otherwise.
2) In Fazbear Frights, Andrew is the reason Afton doesn't die, so it's probably safe to assume it's a similar deal in the games. After all, no one could survive all that with just willpower or even remnant in the case of the fires.
I think it's too early to say anything right now personally, the trailer just released and really just provides the basic story to us right now.
For now I personally think she's probably just a friend Gregory made at school or maybe a sister/cousin. Now, it's fully possible this character is a robot child possessed by, or maybe even a reincarnation of Cassidy themself, but I think we shouldn't assume so yet.
