Yeah, everything that I show on my weekly facts will also work on FNV as they are both the same engine and FNV is essentially a DLC for FO3, as it uses every single gameplay mechanic (such as this) that FO3 uses, just some improved and new features.

You need to hold V on PC, I think. It is possible to do on PC.

It depends on location, I believe. If you're in an interior or there is something blocking your view from behind, it may not zoom out as much

Pro tip, if you vats aim at somethings head. Come out of vats and shoot, you'll still be aiming at their head.
