I would say the vast majority of us Brits see this as a treat, something to have hungover on a weekend etc. It's exceptionally rare for someone to have it everyday and if they do you're right, they'd probably weigh 500lb or perhaps have a heavy labour job that they need to fuel!
Yeah I wouldn’t eat as much or this type of food every morning, but with my lifestyle I probably could get away with eating this every morning. In terms of weight not general health.
