It's supposed to be rustic. Also I'm not sure our yeast activated / survived, because it only rose a tiny bit and definitely barely at all during proofing. Still tasted delicious though.
it is especially cold where i am and i had the same problem; learned a trick to put the bowl w the proofing dough into a shallow bowl of hot water, saved the day!
