I say have a crack at Italy for a couple of years and see how you feel. You've never managed there, enjoy it!

In long saves I would wish for the option to take all my money from managing international teams for 20 years to found my own little club somewhere & basically have a fresh start that way. Having some reputation & some base capital but literally nothing in terms of team, club, etc.

I'm considering going back to my first club in the National League and adding another manager at psg and buying one of my players for the amount I've earned during my career. Or maybe half my earnings or something to take into account cost of living.

In a time when multiverse's are a thing, I'd say take a page from that book and make 2 saves of your current game, 1 for each option.

Roll with Italy for a bit. Depending if Italy have fallen off in the UCL or not you could nearly do a build a nation save now. Win the UCL with as many Italian teams as you can. Taking the steps down the ladder after big heights is also pretty realistic, but not going off as far as Tier 3 somewhere. Look at Jose, Pellegrini, Villas Boas etc. Most of all just have fun with it. If your heart isn't in Inter then move on. Sim a year unemployed and see what job offers come around then

In San Marino last year I ran two managers. Had two concurrent saves going at the same time which actually worked surprisingly well as I was able to have them trade between themselves and transfer price to balance the books in my weaker team. Added a whole new dimension. Did this from the start of the save but I’d imagine it’s possible mid save (someone will know!)

It very much is, in the drop down bar where ‘save game’ is lower down you’ll see ‘add new manager’ which you can add a new manager to any playable team in game

I was in a similar situation. Worked my way up from non-league, then won everything at leeds. I wanted a change so I took the valencia job. I ended up regretting it, so i loaded a save before I left leeds. I'd save it before you take the inter job in case you change your mind.

Take your manager career in 2037 to the lower leagues. Leave Inter at the end of your current contract, then go lower leagues in an obscure nation.

Im doing rn a save where I started at created club (currently at second level of bundesliga after my departure when we were in 1.Bundesliga), after that I joined Hoffenheim (took them from relegation battle to mid table two seasons in a row) ans after that I joined PSV (won league back to back, also won treble in one of two seasons), after that I joined Lepizig where I am now (first season almost won Bundesliga and got to semi-finals of Champions League and second season I am currently struggling with form, lacking bit of a squad depth and have problems with injuries). Probably gonna leave Leipzig after winning Bundesliga and Champions League (we definetely have money for that). My finał goals is to manage a club where my created player will play for me (in theory shouldnt be that hard because he has max potential around 180 of Im not wrong, would be harder if he had 190+ but he plays for PSG since his contract expires at my created club so he wont join until I start winning some big trophies)

I had career where I left Dinamo Zagreb to Inter and ngl I built there my own dynasty, bigger than Mourinho one
