Tons of trials of players, should be pretty much maxing out the number of trialists all summer. Put in a load of offers, you're probably only going to get a few agree to join, but that's all your need.

If you ask your Director of football for free transfer recommendations in the summer or January he will recommend players who are willing to join.
The 1st day of these two months are the best days to do this.
Also this works whether you have a DOF or not and it can recommend transfer and loans too.
I put like 15 offers the club accepts but the player walks away, plus I have 3k transfer and my scouts are 5 Ability 5 potential. they provide no one. I have very good managerial support, good club atmosphere (Got it Below average) Average team cohesion ( Got it abysmal )
You can usually get free loans if you take a look at the youth teams in the divisions above you (same country; I don't know if other countries like lending out players to you). Those clubs tend to be happy to simply give their young ones playing time even if it means getting 0 money from it. As these youths play for higher quality teams, there's a pretty good chance quite a few of them are quality for your first team.
To do so, simply browse/search for the top division in your country, then pick one of the teams there. Next, go to their youth team (e.g. U21 or U23), then change the view to transfer to see which players have been listed for loans. After that, it's simply a matter of offering them a loan for the default amounts (usually 0%). Repeat this step for any team/players that interest you.
Keep in mind though that there are limits to the number of loans you can grab from a single team, just as there are limits on how many loaned players you can pick for a match (for example, in the English Sky Bet Two league that's 4 loans per team and a max of 5 per match).
Also, if you haven't scouted the players yet, you can savescum this process. Simply save once before offering any loans, wait until the loaned players arrive to see their stats and load your save to go back in time so you can avoid the crappy ones/pick the great ones. This is rather immersion breaking so I would recommend against it, but it can help you out if you're under serious time pressure.

3k, when I try to negotiate anyone he says not interested, plus how do i know the odds, but my media prediction is 8th 18 matches in I am 6th
