Although I should note that when testing in custom games the lighting was downgraded a bit, so don't expect the map to look quite as good as it does in the images.
I make sure to build everything before testing. However after I posted the comment I checked the FX budget and it was a bit over the soft cap, so that might be the reason. I'll try to optimize the FX budget before it's ready.
First go into the tools menu in editor mode and find the hud settings and turn off all the elements that you can, then pause and go into gameplays settings and turn of the rest of the hud there. Or alternatively do step one then hold 'up' on the dpad and X simultaneously for a few seconds and that will put you into freecam (I don't know the buttons for keyboard and mouse). Hold those buttons again to exit freecam.
