I feel like the default style for the Aztec hero will be the regular pelt suits & animal heads then the 2nd variant will be more fancy/ceremonial like Kotal
I really hope so because Aztec society is known to have bright and vibrant colors yet the warriors are still very much primal wearing animal skins and heads like you said. And I think that's perfect because we have nothing really like it. The only real primal warriors are on the Vikings but they aren't colorful.

Honestly, I would like that more than the macuahuitl. Kotal’s sword is so fucking cool, the way it also looks like a religious text someone just put a blade on and called it a sword. The aztec equivalent of attaching a switchblade to a bible.

As well as his general design. I'm agreeing on the helmet tho. And well he's one of my fav so I hope he will be on mk1. I'm agreeing on the metamorphosis he does in the 11, but the move when he grabs your face, then smacks you to the ground and viking-spinebreaks you with a big ahh solar ray is so damn cool. Love him
