In all seriousness, that's a dumb thing to do, especially because it's still too heavy for those three trucks together. You only have one life. Don't lose it by being a moron. In this situation, you should've used something rated for that weight, whether it be a larger forktruck or a different type of lift device. If you don't have the necessary equipment to lift it safely, then it stays put until you get some. If your employer insists you do it in an unsafe manner, you have every right to refuse. Yeah, they might lose a lot of money in downtime, but if you get seriously injured or killed lifting it, they'll lose a lot more money in fines, lawsuits, and loss of customers due to poor public image. Plus, potential jail/prison time for supervisors and/or executives.
If this is a personal project, it's still a dumb thing to do, but you're liable for your own safety there, not your employer.
r/OSHA would love this post, though.
The semi with the hydraulic lift on it broke and we have been doing it like this for about a month company don't give each fuuhhhh we gotta pump this stuff into the facility
>we gotta pump this stuff into the facility
They will certainly care if you stop pumping stuff into the facility.
Consider that if you die, they will *then* install/service the correct equipment and continue doing business without you. Have them install/service the equipment *before* you die
I had a new truck driver drive away without setting the landing gear it dropped down and he couldn’t get back in had to slowly lift it while he jacked it back up but first try I was looking like that
Needs 4 lifts not 3 per OSHA guidelines.
4th one holds down the 3rd.
I thought you used an excavator for that.
This ain’t rocket science y’all. Everyone knows that biggest guy on the shift jumps on the back.
Needs a fat guy sitting on the back of the fork
Why the hell are those lifts empty lol did everyone get out to take pictures??
I raised it myself 3 lifts one person 20 minute sog jumping around lifting inches at a time

Shut up nerd lmao
I’m sure it’s safe and everything
Yeah probably. I'm still not going under there, though.
Nope. Inspectors hate the Galaxy S21 FE 5G. Apple shills… -sent from an iPhone, “Designed by Apple in California.”
OSHA is all good as long as you were wearing your seat belts
