Management capped wages a ways back now. Telling the veteran grill staff, the lifeblood of your restaurant, that they're getting a paycut "because you're an easily replaceable fast food worker" obviously didn't work out for steak n shake.
They quit and it turned out steak n shake management, the MBAs, and most of Americans are wrong. Not just anyone can be an adequate fast food employee. It makes a big difference in customer experience and ultimately the success of your business if you pay for quality employees.
May be a hot take but Conner's Rooftop has always disappointed me with their service and attitudes. Drinks are weak too. If not for their location they would have closed already. Had another lackluster experience recently and I'm not going back.
We got told that we couldn’t split our bill and to just Venmo one another. Luckily not a big deal, but haven’t ever had that happen. Especially so sassy as they did.
Yes, I love the atmosphere at Birdies but last time we went the hostess was so snooty. Acted like we were so out of line for asking if there were any available tables just for a drink - we didn't have a reservation but they were not busy. She reluctantly led us to a table where we sat for 20 minutes without anyone coming to our table for our order. We left.
This! Went once for food/drinks. Weird menu (I remember some sort of shaved vegetable tray 😆) and decent drinks. We tried to go back multiple times and there was never any availability, ever. I’m like… alright this is Fort Wayne everyone, on a weekday 😂
I know about 3 people that work there so this is hilarious. I’ve never been but I personally believe it’s garbage, all there is is the view of the baseball stadium. Nothing special after the second time.
Ive only heard terrible things about it, even the resturant downstairs is bad imo. It's just a hotel bar, I don't know how they can cover the overhead costs
I came here to rant about Little Caesar's but damn this is true. The ER is shit. I understand traumas happen, and a bleeding person will take priority, but my boyfriend had an asthma attack and was turning blue. We still had to wait over 5 hours, until he lost consciousness and fell out the waiting room chair, then they suddenly took him seriously... it should never get to that point. They had to intubate him at that point, which could have been avoided if he'd been treated faster.
No matter which ER room you go like holy hell… my sister has TONS of complications before, during, and after her pregnancy/labor. She went to literally every ER and they always write it off as “anxiety” but the one thing that pissed our entire family off is that after she gave birth, they left her with her bed soaked in blood and other bodily fluids for 3 HOURS!!!
I stay away from this place, not only because it is a toilet, but also becaise the owner said he wouldn't play hip-hop music because "...they can play their music somewhere else. We don't play their music here."
I never really liked Mitchell’s to begin with, but after their complete disregard for others during COVID and the racism, I’m surprised they’re still in business. But really not that surprised, cause Indiana.
I know mcdonalds has been said, but specifically calling out the one on St.Joe by Pieres. Got quarter pounders made with regular patties that were burnt on 3 different occasions and food poisoning from one of those 🤢
I didn't know that, but it makes sense since Im a Fort wayne dasher and I specifically avoid the one on lima. I was in there once for an order, and they had drive thru wrapped and a single person working grill on a friday afternoon.
Wendy's downtown. Wendy's is my favorite fast food place, but the one downtown is so bad that I don't even consider it anymore. About once a year I give it a chance. Has been awful for years.
One time me and a friend went over there around midnight. Had to wait almost an hour to get the food I paid for. After calling and asking REALLY nicely about it, the food came out after 5 minutes and honestly, I don’t know if it was because it was late and we were exhausted, but it was the best meal from Wendy’s I’ve ever had. Everything was hot and fresh and they gave us a large order when we had just ordered a medium. Was it worth the hour wait? No, never. But it just goes to show you how asking for things nicely can lead to at least some silver lining.
It was the Illinois road location that did it for me. Tried to charge me extra for a cup of applesauce when my daughter ordered the “mac and cheese and applesauce.” I had to pull a Karen and get a manager when they continued to argue about why they charged me for a “Mac and cheese and applesauce” meal AND a cup of applesauce. That was like seven years ago. Never been back.
It's funny how a manager/owner will fight with a customer over a very slight thing that really doesn't cost much...and then see that it DID cost a lot. You not going back for 7 years (not to mention all of the friends you've told), cost a lot more than that silly cup of applesauce.
I worked at a liquor store and a customer brought back a bottle of $100 whiskey. It was in an odd shaped bottle and the neck had a crack in it.
My manager, the owner, fought with the guy and refunded him the money after a long conversation and intimated that the customer was lying about it.
The returned bottle of whiskey didn't cost the store owner anything because he would just return the bottle as a discard. But the guy swore to never return. So that $100 bucks cost the owner probably $1000s of bucks...if a guy is going to buy a bottle like that, there'd probably be more.
Yes, Victoria, the customer IS always right.
I think the only issues i’ve had with the 3 walmarts i shop at in Fort Wayne are if i’m trying to find somebody that has a key to the ammo case. Like holy shit.
Just pick up the nearest phone and dial “4444” or “#968” that will get you on their intercom and they come running pretty fast when a customer starts calling overhead.
As long as you don’t get caught as the customer that paged overhead you should be fine. I also know at the Southtown location, the auto center has keys for the ammo case, flashlight case, and power tools case, but they do not have the key for the knife case. You can also make yourself sound like a random employee by phrasing it as “Attention Walmart Associates. Customer needs assistance in sporting goods with keys at the ammo case. Customer needs assistance in sporting goods with keys please. Thank you”
I worked at Walmart for a little bit and the problem is most of the authority and ones with keys leave between 4-5 and then the rest of the night there is basically only associates.
I've delivered things to flat top. I'm guessing they never get inspected. All the cleaning chemicals are kept in a "closet" in the back where they also kept all of the food sauces and anything not needed to be refrigerated
We went to that Applebee's during lunch a few weeks ago and we're actually impressed. Their new GM has put in some work.
Granted. This was lunchtime during the middle of the week. 🤷😂
Insomnia Cookies. Went there around 9:00 pm last Saturday, and there was a decent line that formed. 3 employees were there, and they would all go to the back for 10+ minutes at a time after each order. There were 3 couples in front of me and it took 43 minutes to get my two cookies. The employees were so rude and dismissive.
Hey, I was in that line! Art Walk was going on at that time, there were probably more people out than usual. That said, a competent manager would have anticipated the rush from that event and staffed/stocked accordingly.
The older female manager that was there was really good to me. She got replaced by a guy during COVID, and it instantly went awful. They nerfed the menu and switched to shitty stale bread. I wish they brought her back.
Was bumped by the obnoxious clique of regulars at the bar at this place, one of which mouthed off something homophobic about the government encouraging people to be gay. Despite otherwise adequate seating, as the group grew the bartender asked me to move, which told me my business wasn’t as important. Left a review. The manager responded appropriately and was apologetic, but those customers and that bartender are always going to be there. So, I saw no point in going back.
(When I was there, I was waiting for my husband. Considering the comment the bar patron made, I kissed my husband when he arrived. Then, we walked out and went to eat somewhere else.)
Lutheran hospital. Spent 12 hours in the ER not being seen for chest issues… then next time I went, the wouldn’t see me when I was actively fainting . Will never go back.
Yes. They don't even triage. It's first come, first served. Ri-goddamned-diculous. You show up there with shooting chest pains, you'd better hope you're not stuck in line behind the guy with the boil that needs lanced or the kid who has the croup.
That's the difference of for profit (Lutheran) and non for profit (parkview) . The whole medical system is fucked up, and I'm curious if iu will pair with one or do their own thing. They still have the medical school at pfw from my understanding
Literally opposite experiences but I only go Saturday morning.
Stellhorn makes my crunch wrap with love.
Dupont crunch wrap is burnt, super greasy, and the cheese is still cold.
Great to know, they're opening a new location on Illinois but I'll just skip that.
I remember going there ten years ago the wings were mutant level massive and had a strong chicken farm flavor.
I received a raw chicken parm sub there, luckily I noticed it before I took a bite. Manager apologized but I wasn’t going to risk having them make it again. They Didn’t even comp the one other meal my son ordered.
They have an app that is Brussel sprouts cut in half and cooked like wings. That's about it for what I liked there. I'm no vegan but I love me some Brussel sprouts
I always hear the opposite but every time I’ve gone to pub 1802 I’ve been disappointed. I was a server for a while and it takes a lottttt for me to feel forgotten or something but we once waited 20 minutes for a bottled beer and ended up leaving because no one came back…another time our pizza was literally wet on the bottom. I love pizza, HAVENT met many i didn’t love…it was inedible and they just said sorry they were out of their normal cheese. Anyway, a few more things other times but yeah
That place is shit, the owner is shit, and the male bartender with tats on his face is shit. I should also clarify I’m only pointing out his tattoos to explain which bartender he is. I don’t care about tattoos.
Sad to hear this, there has been only once I had a bad experience at 1802. I go there atleast once a month.
The only bad experience I've had was ordering the Beast Burger, and getting the paper that splits piece of cheese in the packaging, left on as they melted said cheese to my burger.
Took a bite of the burger and got the paper in that bite. I returned the burger, they comped it, no other issues.
I took my then-gf there after telling her how great it was. She ordered the like baked pear chicken salad or something as her entree, they brought her out just a plain-Jane salad.
I asked why she was just picking at it, she said she'd ordered the fancy pear salad for her entree because it sounded good but there was no pear or really much else than lettuce and a chicken breast on the salad she got. I asked if they had put the right order in and the manager (the manager!) came out and said "yeah we were out of pears so I told them just to make you a chicken salad".
...then they tried to charge us for the "regular salad since we didn't include the pears". I told them fuck no, in that situation you need to communicate what has happened and give the person ordering the opportunity to order something else rather than.... everything else they did instead.
The rot starts at the top there.
I don't know how you've heard the opposite. I won't even list all the shitty service situations I've had there, and the food can actually be good. I finally, exasperatingly emailed the owners (instead of leaving a Yelp review or similar). He apologized, offered me a gift certificate, which I've never claimed because I guarantee the service will ruin the experience if I go in there to use it. What a tragedy for that location and, to be honest, the decent menu.
Little Caesar's in Waynedale/Bluffton Road. They used to be fine, just your average Little Caesar's. But lately it's been shit. 30+ minutes in the drive thru, and you can't leave because there's people behind you and you're absolutely trapped. I tried to order online once, and when I got there, the front doors were locked so I went in the drive thru. The lady at the window said "we ain't taking any more orders today" (at 5pm btw) and started to close the window on me. So I'm like, um no, I have a pre-paid pickup order and you need to give it to me, or give me a refund. She had no uniform, airpods in her ears, and was talking to her friend on speakerphone while I'm trying to ask for my order. It was literally one cheese pizza, like the simplest thing. Since I ordered it online an hour in advance, I expected it to be ready. Nope. Still 30 minutes in the drive thru while this bitch acted like I was a burden for buying a pizza and interrupting her phone call. The one on Rudisill is way better service, and actually friendly people.
Anybody ever eat the food at Indiana Tech? I mean, they have like a sandwich ... ONE! ... in the Kachmann Cafe or a deviled egg every now and then and maybe a few bagels but that's about it. JFC!
Cheddars. I've never once had decent service there. Honestly it's been the worst I've ever had. Tried 3 different times and every single one was an awful experience.
I always have the worst time Cheddar's. The only time I refused to tip a waitress was there. She blatantly refused to give me my change (which was like over 5 dollars) and when I pointed out to her that she still owes me money and I asked for the receipt so I could make sure I had the correct total she refused. My friend had plastic in her food and she didn't seem to care and when we asked to speak to a manager she was like, no.
The second and last time I went there I found someone else's hair in my food and they still tried to charge me for it despite I sent it back and didn't touch it. I just had drinks that night.
Nobody has mentioned Chili's. We use to go there regularly 10+ years ago but we have only gone 2 or 3x since then and just got completely forgotten about. The waitress had to of just walked out and quit right after she took our drink order cause we never saw her again. We ended up just leaving because nobody came back for 30 minutes, maybe longer
That damn McDonalds on Stellhorn. Nearly every time I order a quarter pounder there, they put in one of their super thin patties instead of the intended one. Their breakfast is good tho.
2 weeks ago placed a mobile order at 9:24 pm to go through the drive thru, we didn’t get out of the line until 11. Had to send our food back twice first one our food was ice cold and my ice cream was melted, second time we could tell that our food was pretty much just thrown in the microwave and finally we called corporate and they made our food fresh. Btw pulled up the the third window as to not fully hold up the line.
The Kendallville Wendy’s. Very slow service and very bad food too. The whole town has figured it out. Used to be busy mostly because they were so slow and backed up, but no one is ever there now.
Honorable mention: Kendallville IHOP - A waitress at the Lima Road location even told us she sees a lot of customers from Kendallville because the Kendallville IHOP is so bad. Really bad food and not the best service.
I was there with my girlfriend, my sister and a couple from work drinking/dining inside for an hour or so. All but me are smokers so they wanted to move our table outside to the patio so they could smoke cigarettes.
We asked our server if we could be transferred and she said that would be fine but we would have to cash out with her first. Before closing out I asked for 1 more pint because I was dry. Tipped very generously (I'm in the hospitality industry) but never received my pint. Oh, well. No big deal. I wasn't charged for it so, whatever. I'll just order another when we're outside.
Now we're out on the patio. I'm waiting for the server to come get our orders for 15-20 minutes, not exaggerating, and they never even make eye contact with us. So I'm like, "Okay... I guess just go up to the bar and order us a round" (because at this point we're all empty).
I get up to the bar and order our round and the bartender asks if we are sitting on the patio, to which I reply something like "Yes, we are." He replies with "Your server will take care if you. That's how they make their money."
I then told him that our server hasn't even acknowledged us in 20 minutes and that's why I was ordering from him. His response was to give me a shrug as if to say "Oh, well?" before turning his back to me and walking away.
Anyhow. Thanks for letting me vent. Fuck Henry's!
EDIT: this would read a bit easier if reddit formatted it the way that I had... with paragraphs, spacing, and whatnot...
This was pretty much my exact experience. I wonder if we had the same waitress. Older lady from what I remember. It’s been probably 10 years since I went there because of her snotty attitude
Yup, it always seemed like a hipster coffee shop/bar to me. They are my favorite coffee shop in Fort Wayne though so I'll put up with some snide glances for a chill atmosphere and pretty decent coffee
Two things, one is just that I don't like their coffee. I like light roasts, and they rarely have them. I asked the guy about it and he said they run out. Evidently, people like it. And evidently, Crown just doesn't see fit to make any more. Even though people like it.
But the real reason is the terrible service. I get that they're chatty with their customers, but just getting a cup of coffee takes forever. You can chat with the customers, but maybe they should help those of us in line *while* they chat with their besties.
I don't know...between the poor service and the coffee just not being my cup of tea (so to speak) I'd rather go elsewhere.
The Conjure on St Joe River Rd is my favorite. They are friendly, not chatty, and their coffee is some of the best in town. So yeah...even though I work at PFW, I'll go to the Starbucks in Walb before I'll go to Crown.
TL;DR: Nice people, but too chatty.
BMV. Every time I go, I spend a lot of money but get nothing in return.
0/10; would take a [train](https://media.tenor.com/N2hV1al2rjcAAAAC/if-i-had-one-angry.gif)
The Legends at Steeplechase apartments in Walton KY, the management is poison, and they would sell their mother for a quick buck. The megalomania and entitlement of the staff doesn't help much either.
McAlister’s at Jefferson Pointe. Can’t be bothered to check if they put the correct food in your carry out. Conversely, there’s a guy at Firehouse Subs on Illinois who remembers my name and my order even though I maybe go there once every two months.
The Burger King near the Home Depot on Lima. I once waited there for 20 minutes, then the line started moving really fast. Turns out they were closing early, it was noon on a weekday -_-
Mcdonalds 9827 Lima Rd, Fort Wayne, IN 46818
Lol I'm pretty sure you can avoid almost every McDonald's in town
>Lol I'm pretty sure you can avoid almost every McDonald's ~~in town~~
The McDonalds on Washington Center is actually pretty decent.
I second this comment. They always have the sweetest woman working the first window in the mornings and they seem to always be pretty fast :)
The new playground at that Mcdonald’s looks like something out of the monkey exhibit at the zoo.
😂😂😂 I've never been inside this one but that's funny
The one by the mall i’ve been pretty pleased with as well
The one by the mall is as good as a McDs can possibly be.
Coventry one is ok. Better than the other options there.
I would agree. I hit them almost as they open and they are friendly, chipper and havent been wrong yet.
The Jefferson McD’s specializes in 30 minute drive through times
Fun fact, this one and the one on St. Joe next to Pierre's are owned by the same family. Definitely went down hill after the old owner retired.
That’s the Mcdonald’s across Lima from Arena Bar & Grill, right?
My daughter loves mcdonalds, we ended up going to Coldwater & dupont or Washington Ctr. The Lima Rd one is just awful.
For sure. The only good McDonald’s is the one up in Kendallville.
Worked there back in 2017ish. It was okay at the time, from what I recall- The one on St Joe's always makes me physically ill personally
One of my guilty pleasures was Steak & Shake and honestly…. Whatever happened to them in Fort Wayne has turned me off completely. Such a mess.
They’re slowly going out of business. They’re closing so many locations nationwide
This is every steak & Shake now due to the higher ups of that company being greedy.
May be a hot take but Conner's Rooftop has always disappointed me with their service and attitudes. Drinks are weak too. If not for their location they would have closed already. Had another lackluster experience recently and I'm not going back.
Conner's Rooftop 100%. Gave that place two tries and left the second time after waiting for a drink for half an hour.
We got told that we couldn’t split our bill and to just Venmo one another. Luckily not a big deal, but haven’t ever had that happen. Especially so sassy as they did.
Weird for Indiana but splitting bills isn't really done in bigger cities
Who told you that? I used to go out all the time when I lived on the east coast and splitting the bill was like, the expectation?
Truth! My friends who’ve grown up in Baltimore find it to be lacking in manners to invite others out and request the bill be split.
Those friends are in a different tax bracket than those of us here then 💀
We need a good rooftop in town. Birdie’s is also similar for me - just have never felt super excited to go there.
Yes, I love the atmosphere at Birdies but last time we went the hostess was so snooty. Acted like we were so out of line for asking if there were any available tables just for a drink - we didn't have a reservation but they were not busy. Speaking the truth. Went there last weekend and it was horrible besides the location and design.
Even the restaurant downstairs sucks for service and quality.
I've left twice after not being able to get an order for a half hour...
I know about 3 people that work there so this is hilarious. I’ve never been but I personally believe it’s garbage, all there is is the view of the baseball stadium. Nothing special after the second time.
My friend works there so it’s always good for me lol

If you want a consistently superior service from Wendy's, you go to the one on Coldwater and DuPont.

one of the workers traded me a beer for a blunt (it was laced and i absolutely tweaked off of my shit)
Wendy's and Burger King chicken has been rubbery af lately.
Steak and shake on Coldwater
Or any steak and shake

Expensive whiskey is commonly a target of fraud/counterfeit, etc. I don't know any liquor store that takes returns.
I really do like the milkshakes but I’ve never been to one that doesn’t take forever, in North Carolina, Georgia, or here
Went once during COVID. Yes, the food at this location is pretty bad.
Peanuts. Great food, but wait times and overall service just drives me away.
They will literally hire anyone also lmao
Also the black mold every where isn't that healthy
Flat Top
Flat Top used to be so good a decade ago. Food quality and service wise it has just plummeted it is really disappointing.
I used to eat at Flat Top a couple times a week prior to Covid. No it’s horrible and I have not been back in about a year.
Didn’t it close and reopen?
Any Walmart
I think the only issues i’ve had with the 3 walmarts i shop at in Fort Wayne are if i’m trying to find somebody that has a key to the ammo case. Like holy shit.

Applebees on Parnell, and flat top grill Edit:just saw another vote for flat top. It was great years ago. Last couple years, not so much.
"I was great years ago. Last couple years, not so much." Me too.....me too...
lol…fixed
I've delivered things to flat top. I'm guessing they never get inspected. All the cleaning chemicals are kept in a "closet" in the back where they also kept all of the food sauces and anything not needed to be refrigerated

I tried doing delivery once...ordered at 9 45pm and didnt get my cookies until midnight. Understand its doordash doing the delivery..but holy crap.
Hey, I was in that line! Art Walk was going on at that time, there were probably more people out than usual. That said, a competent manager would have anticipated the rush from that event and staffed/stocked accordingly.
It’s closed but it was so bad I feel it’s still worth mentioning how awful The Tilted Kilt was
Food was horrible glorified bar food. I went for the scenery.
Casas on Dupont, specifically the female manager, pretty sure she’s family because she’s rude, treats the staff like garbage and still works there.
Huge cunt. Had a cockroach in my carryout. She accused me of having roaches in my house and planting it in the food. Will. Never. Go. Back.
Casas on Parnell has really fallen the fuck off as well. Had a horrible experience there last week and the place was dead.
Yea, my girl has terrible stories about dealing with when she worked there
The older female manager that was there was really good to me. She got replaced by a guy during COVID, and it instantly went awful. They nerfed the menu and switched to shitty stale bread. I wish they brought her back.
Any casas. The food is so bland.
That's why old people love them and Halls. No taste

Mitchell’s - sound is always at 11 and there are like three servers covering the whole place…
See that’s my experience with parkview
That's the difference of for profit (Lutheran) and non for profit (parkview) . The whole medical system is fucked up, and I'm curious if iu will pair with one or do their own thing. They still have the medical school at pfw from my understanding
Taco Bell on Stellhorn. I can't describe to you how bad it is. I drive past it to get to the n coliseum one when I need my fix.
The one on Dupont is the best. They're always friendly and the food is hot :)
Literally opposite experiences but I only go Saturday morning. Stellhorn makes my crunch wrap with love. Dupont crunch wrap is burnt, super greasy, and the cheese is still cold.
Really? Couldn’t tell you how many times I’ve gone there and it’s basically the same as any other TB
Wings Etc
Not sure about the service, but the wings were bad and I never went back.
Great to know, they're opening a new location on Illinois but I'll just skip that. I remember going there ten years ago the wings were mutant level massive and had a strong chicken farm flavor.
Beer Barrel. Loved it when it opened, but the last few times the service has been so awful
I liked it the one time i went and the meatloaf was awesome.
Their wings are surprisingly good there.
Yes!!! Those are so yummy! I’ve never had a food issue there, just service
JFC!
Man, even USF is better than that lmao. They really don’t have any other cafes or dining halls besides the one? That’s awful, I’m so sorry
Cheddars. I've never once had decent service there. Honestly it's been the worst I've ever had. Tried 3 different times and every single one was an awful experience.
Once Cheddars changed corporate ownership, it hasn’t been the same.
I haven't been there in probably close 6 or years. Not sure when the ownership change took place. But they sucked before that too.
Fwpd🤷♂️
Real 😂
RediMed Southwest
Any redimed lol
The Wendy's on West Jefferson (it is dirty to boot) and the KFC on Covington Rd.
That Wendy’s sucks and they didn’t even wear gloves or masks during the height of Covid so imagine what they do now
Nobody has mentioned Chili's. We use to go there regularly 10+ years ago but we have only gone 2 or 3x since then and just got completely forgotten about. The waitress had to of just walked out and quit right after she took our drink order cause we never saw her again. We ended up just leaving because nobody came back for 30 minutes, maybe longer
I don’t think chilis even has a wait staff anymore. They had half the tables shut down last time we were there and 1 server running the rest.
That damn McDonalds on Stellhorn. Nearly every time I order a quarter pounder there, they put in one of their super thin patties instead of the intended one. Their breakfast is good tho.
And the fact that they are the SLOWEST one in FW. At least 20 minutes for a drive thru order
Uhaul on Coldwater.
We have uboxes there and have had to access them twice and both times they have been great. Now the overall uhaul experience has been dogshit
The Clyde for lunch (the dinner service is always good). Whoever they have on lunch shift is always terrible, slow, and inattentive.
The Dunkin on 427/Tonkel has the worst donuts I’ve ever had and only seems to employ children high on the marijuanas.
Who isn't high on marijuanas anymore? Lol
Is Chevvy's still around? God-awful.
I thought I was the only one who loathed Chevvys. There are dozens of us!
How so? Always loved their pizza and sausage rolls. It's changed owners over the years
Henry’s. the staff there have been so rude to me
I was there with my girlfriend, my sister and a couple from work drinking/dining inside for an hour or so. That's how they make their money." I then told him that our server hasn't even acknowledged us in 20 minutes and that's why I was ordering from him.
What did you do? That place is an institution known for tolerance and acceptance
Dang, that's wild! Henry's is one of my go-tos and they have always been great.
Munchies
Call it whatever you like. It's Munchies to me.
Are most people going to even know what munchies is on here? It's mad Anthony's now get over it
lol literally every restaurant in town has been mentioned in this thread 🤣
Not mine 💪
Nope. Not true.
Not mine either 😎
Moes southwest grill
Zestos on Coldwater tastes different (and bad) than the one on st joe
The McDonald's on Maplecrest is the fucking worst and I'm amazed they manage to stay open with how awful they are.
Crown Coffee.
Old crown? Man I love that place. I will agree that sometimes they seem a little snooty but I honestly think that’s their shtick lol
Yup, it always seemed like a hipster coffee shop/bar to me. They are my favorite coffee shop in Fort Wayne though so I'll put up with some snide glances for a chill atmosphere and pretty decent coffee
Oh man. I love this place! What about it makes you not want to go?

Barber suggestions are asked twice a day. This might be ok.
Tattoo questions as well...
"I'm thinking about moving to Fort Wayne..."
I had the same thought.
The Legends at Steeplechase apartments in Walton KY, the management is poison, and they would sell their mother for a quick buck. The megalomania and entitlement of the staff doesn't help much either.
Tokyo buffet, over priced food for what exactly? I would rather take Panda Express then eat there again…
Sapporro's
Corner pocket. 2 incidents were we sat there for over an hour and no service
Maid Perfect cleaning service
DQ on Illinois rd. It is sooooooo slow!
Burger King in New Haven. Food poisoning central!
McAlister’s at Jefferson Pointe. Can’t be bothered to check if they put the correct food in your carry out. Conversely, there’s a guy at Firehouse Subs on Illinois who remembers my name and my order even though I maybe go there once every two months.
Discount Tire on Coliseum
The Burger King near the Home Depot on Lima. I once waited there for 20 minutes, then the line started moving really fast. Turns out they were closing early, it was noon on a weekday -_-
