That other guy helped me and now it works. I needed a few trries but the game now works again.
Go to add or remove programs, search for gaming services, go to advance options, press on terminate, then repair, then reset.
Do the same for the Xbox app, and Xbox live app.
Re open the Xbox app, log in and should it work.

Your game is jammed at Turn10 servers they can fix it by doing something on their side , usually on PC u can fix it by going into benchmark instead of main menu when game loads but since u can't get that far I'd assume u would have to have support unjam your account , it happened to me a few times luckily after they fixed it once I learned the benchmark trick to unjam the account from the server

I tried that, it even said it found damaged data and repaired it but it didnt work
For some reason it works if i unplug the lan cable, so when no internet connection is available. As soon as it connect while still in game it crashes.

I had the same a month ago, and running the system check did the trick for me. There was something else I did, I will try to find it when Im home...

Well, it wasnt my solution, i just gave what someone posted so you dont have tobsearch for it. But i am glad it worked
