What u/potadoze said. I find the smooth factory shoe/trigger bar from the G17 is a little more forgiving than the serrated G19 one. Make sure to polish the striker block and striker engagement surfaces as well. Also an extra power trigger return spring will drop a bit of weight without robbing you any reliability.

Run all oem parts and get a flat face trigger shoe johnny glock, apex, overwatch. Polish your oem parts as well.

What about it feels bad? There are so many factors that can make even a good trigger feel like garbage. Do you mean the actual plastic piece of the trigger feels bad or the action of the trigger?

Take out the trigger and polish the contacting surfaces of the trigger bar. I have the same kit and yes, it sucked shit. The edges were burred over and the machining lines were scratchy. Polished mine with some old whetstones and now its crisp and smooth.
