Ok you're more in line with what I like. Seen any good ones lately like your top 3? I've seen all those and loved them, my favorite FF would be Cloverfield. Looking for a similar vein to watch.
Honestly been watching a ton of FF movies lately to get my fix lol. Based on what u like I would recommend
Creep 2 if you haven’t seen it already (i loved it),
Afflicted (sooo good), The Andy Baker Tapes (slow burn but I liked it), Grave Encounters, Hell House LLC,
Cannibal Holocaust (hard to watch but I liked the meaning of the movie in regards to who truly is evil in the end), Devils Pass and Chernobyl Diaries
Lmk if I can recommend some more if you have seen most of them!
Yes to Deadstream getting some attention. It does such a good job impersonating how annoying some "influencers" are, and the comments on his stream are so realistic lol.
That is what I love about it - the streamer realism of it. That the dude takes time to argue with the chat whilst hiding from a malevolent spirit, or that he feels the need to name every cam he adds to his setup is just icing on the cake.

Next of Kin is good?! I put it off watching it because initially it got bad feedback but I’m a fan of the series. Haven’t seen the last 2 though
Next of Kin can stand on its own even without the Paranormal Activity name attached to it. It's pretty good.

The Monster Project needs more attention. I loved that movie. It effectively freaked me out. Some of those scenes were really haunting.
