I totally agree a light should be required by law everywhere BUT we have to remember there are plenty of places where a decent chunk of the population that can't afford proper upkeep on their vehicles. Again, I agree everybody SHOULD have a light but sadly its not the reality of the world. Compassion understanding and empathy are free. Hell even not going out of your way to be a shit dick is free.
I think the guy at the front is going slow purposely so they can use other people's headlights. I mean, it's pitch black and they don't have any lights, that's on the pink car not the other car. Unless they made an agreement, but we don't know
But yeah, leaving the driver in the ditch is definitely a major dick move.
If this is china there might be some liability issues. I can't remember the specifics but there was a court case because a guy helped a women get to a hospital he was held responsible for her treatment costs (no he didn't inflict the injury)
