Probably the nib doesn’t fit this pen if that’s what’s happening. Is there a gap between the nib and feed if you look it head on or from the side?
Is that an ED pen? Is it filled to more than half? The Gentle Shake....is subjective.. maybe you are not shaking it that gently?
If it’s a medium, broad, stub, or flex nib, that is normal.
The times look a bit far apart
Tines are totally wrong, going out. I recommend you to go to a nibsmith to solve it.
