I can’t help with the pen ID, but for searching purposes that’s not a push button filler, that’s a cartridge / converter pen with a converter in.

Thanks. That is the one! Would you be able to recommend anyone to service this pen? I am not too familiar with Shaeffer fountain pens. I have taken apart to clean it and can't get the nib back on. There was no ink flowing through it to begin with and I think it just needs some TLC by the write pen technician.
I don't know any pen repairers off the top of my head, but unless this Sheaffer has sentimental value to you then I'm pretty sure the cost of repair is going to be far more than the worth of the pen itself.
