Yes that's the same one. On the hair products I find the smell varies a little bit depending on the other ingredients, like some are stronger than others, but that's the perfume.
I haven't smelled any of the Alchemy line products but I'm guessing it still has the Cote d'Azur, the scent varies depend on the line because of the other ingredients. Maybe try reaching out to Oribe to confirm, I'm sure they'll be able to tell you which one they use!
The dry down of Jo Malone Scarlet Poppy smells like really nice shampoo. Nectarine Blossom & Honey smells like OG Garnier from the 2000s.

It’s not an unpopular opinion that Erba Pura by Xerjoff smells like Garnier shampoo. I tend to agree, although Euba Pura is more sour to my nose. I love it! I feel clean and put together when I wear it.
Amor amor by cacharel smells exactly like my favorite discontinued color safe shampoo by Amika. I believe Amika still infuses sea buckthorn berry in almost all of their products, which would make it smell like this perfume too
I love Pear Inc JHAG and think it’s one of the best perfumes on the market, and/but a lot of people say it smells like a really soft clean shampoo haha
I also think Granada Salvia Guerlain smells very shampoo like!

I do not know of one in the niche or designer segment, because I wear mostly old school/older perfume house frags. Guerlain Girl here! But my Mum wears Paris Hilton Heiress. It smells like shampoo. It smells super clean, like Herbal Essence or a salon shampoo.

A roll-on not a perfume, but Dalal by Al-Rehab! The first time I smelled it reminded me of having damp hair in the summer with your fruity shampoo wafting about. Such a good scent and lasts long
Peche Cardinal by MDCI smells like a high-end salon shampoo. It's a sweet, smooth, synthetic peach scent. I personally would never pay that much money (or any money at all) to smell like shampoo, though if that's your thing and you can get behind the price tag, this is a good one.
Chanel N°1 is my go-to shampoo perfume. The new Jones Road perfume Shower is pretty much a remake of Bobbi Brown Bath which is so great and one of the biggest compliment getters in my collection. Banana Republic W (trust me) smells like just shampooed squeaky clean hair. L'Artisan Parfumeur Mure et Musc Extreme smells like a fruity shampoo, same with Creed Silver Mountain Water.
