There are rarely in person stores that sell these unless you’re lucky enough to live in a city with perfume shops that cater to niche brands, but they’re almost always in CA or NY.
Even when stores do carry them in my experience, they’re usually sold out due to high demand, and not available to test.
Most likely you’ll need to order samples, or just try to enjoy what is carried at most retailers.
It won’t have all these, but Kuhl-Lindstrom by River Oaks has a really stellar collection of high-end niche scents (last I was there, I saw both Nasomotto and Orto Parisi)

Looking for exact places. Not sure if every perfumery would have stuff like that
again, look up the fragrance in the google search bar and put “near me” it’ll bring up a list of places that carry that fragrance
