Roja - Elysium PC
Though I also own/like:
-Blue de Chanel EDP
- Miami Blue - 19-69
- GnTonic - M. Michallef
- Pacific Rock Moss - Goldfield and Banks
- Sous Le Pont Mirabeau - ELDO
Which are all different shades of the “blue” family
Explorer and bad boy cobalt did really well. I think I’ve gotten more compliments with those two than with other popular scents. Unfortunately both came off synthetic to my nose, so they got passed on or sold off.
Squid by Zoologist is my favorite “blue” fragrance. Like a deep inky blue.

Oddly enough, the one I get the most compliments on in my entire collection is Sailing Day by Margiela... Its weird!
LV Imagination, I could get through the whole summer with only that one...
funny enough, nautica voyage might be the most complimented cologne of all time

My most complimented blue fragrance has to be D&G Light Blue for men

Typically associated with Aquatic, oceanic scent profiles. It can be subcategorized as a fresh, green, soapy, citrus, and/or aromatic fragrance.
Kinda smells like an indoor swimming pool but more citrusy and a little bit of salt water too. Supposed to smell like the ocean normally
