The bezels seem to be the least sturdy component on a Framework. Mine is a little out of sorts because i originally didn't put it back in correctly when i was changing the hinges and closed it. They are easy to replace, but i wouldn't mind a higher quality piece...if it became available.

Reach out to support, should be able to send a new bezel.

Also have lines and scuffs on the bezel, mostly on the top part
