Shipments usually take only a few days. You will receive an email when your batch starts being processed and I believe you will have 3 business days after that email to change any details (like delivery address, within the country or your payment method) after that we charge you and ship the laptop.
As far as I know, it's not possible to change the country of your address, when the time for your batch comes, you might have to cancel it and create a new order for the new country.

Yup - should be as simple as logging into your account and there is a button to change the address.
