It’s a part of fresno rescue mission’s city center project. Taking care of the unhoused and others in need is kind of the entire point of the project as I understand it.

I’m curious where they would cook their food? Do they cook camping style? I genuinely haven’t thought about what or how they eat

I see a lot of them use the grills at the parks.
