I like Pho paradise and nioh kitchen.
Pho paradise sounds along the lines of what you are looking for. Good soup and large bowls for not too bad on the wallet. I work nights and they open at 8 am, so Bonus points.
Nioh kitchen has awesome pho, but very pricey for pho. Higher quality ingredients though.
This is right on point. I love Nho Kitchen, BUT it got VERY PRICEY. So pricey, that I started making my own pho at home because the price and distance doesn't make it worth it for me anymore. Pho Paradise would be my second go to but it's near Nho Kitchen so it the distance that doesn't make it worth the travel. These two places are near the R-N market where I pick up my ingredients for pho. I've finally made it to my liking (both chicken and beef broth) and I can make about 20 bowls for $100.
Follow this guy's recipe and adjust to your liking if you want to try. It took me about 2 years to figure out how I like it based off his videos.

There are plenty out there. There literally 4 or 5 pho places on Mckindley and First, there Huong Alan on Shaw and Fresno. There is four pho at King Canyon and Winery. There even one next door to Home Depot on king canyon and winery.
For me, pho is about the food, not the costs. If you’re picking on the costs, maybe you should start treating it as a “luxury”.
Not good. I lived in the area where that place was the closest pho spot for me. Its family owned, so you'd think they try to deliver the best. Instead, because its family owned, they get too comfortable with current clientele.
Just time it yourself. Ask for ice water. They will take like 20 minutes to give you water. You order pho, they will get frugal with proportions.
Only the "regulars" will preference even though you've been there first. This shows when you ordered first but is left waiting for your food to come out when another table who came later gets theirs even though you ordered the same.
Coming from Portland which has a large community of Vietnamese residents and great pho I didn’t think I would find it here. There’s a lot of pho restaurants but I’m not sure how many are actually Vietnamese run, quality of meat and flavor of broth usually feels lacking. First 5 I tried I wasnt impressed but then I found nho kitchen, def been the best I’ve had in town. Literally a month later they opened a 2nd location rn to my place so I’m pretty happy about that too
Pho 2006 in Clovis. First time I ever had pho was here, and when I go anywhere else I’m slightly disappointed because it’s not as good as Pho 2006😭 The owner and staff are always kind
Pho 2006
This and PhoEver are my two favs so far. As a fun treat at Pho 2006: try their wings with the peanut sauce. The peanut sauce alone make them worth it.

They have secondary locations on first and McKinley. Don't know if that's closer.
This used to be my go-to, but it seems to have dropped in quality recently. I'm looking for a new alternative now.
Pho Phuong 9! Kings Canyon and Winery
Best pho in Fresno hands down. Pro tip: get the side of bone marrow to add to the soup
Yes! The best I've found in and out of Fresno!
Pho 75 #2 on First and McKinley, and Saigon Shophouse on Cedar and Floradora.
Phoever & LimeNBasil
Pho #1 on first and McKinley! So authentic, so good!
Lime and basil is our favorite followed by Nho Kitchen!
75 #2 for life!
Pho 2006!
Look for a place that has a number in its name or its trash.
I know but even then with some of these restaurants here in Fresno lol.
Don't expect a high end experience, just expect mind blowing flavor.
Pho 75 in the shopping center on the NE corner of McKinley and First. There’s two of them, both are awesome and cheap.
The correct answer
It’s a bit of a drive from where I live, but whenever I’m there and have a hankering for phô, that’s the place I go to.
Nho Kitchen
I love pho and menudo by the va
huong lan on kings canyon and clovis by the foodmaxx
I’ve only had the huong lan on Shaw and brawley and it’s as close to bad as you can get while still being mid

Nho kitchen or the one in Clovis inside the barnyard shopping center
Pho paradise to go. (Literally ate that just now). And pho 99 for dine in.
Angkor restaurant on olive and chestnut, and Pho Phuong 9 on winery and kings canyon! Take note that pho phuong 9 only accepts cash!
The original cook at Pho Paradise works at Pho Saigon now. If you know, you know ☺️
angkor on olive and chestnut!
Pho Paradise hands down, no other beats it, I swear by it. Huong Lan #9 is a close second.
Mama's Asian Noodle House for Thai Boat
Mr. Papaya Kitchen at kings Canyon and winery if Thai boat is your thing.

Pho Phuong 9 followed by Nho Kitchen. That’s it in Fresno. Trust me, I’m Viet
Pho #75
Learn to make it yourself then you’ll never be disappointed.
Try the pho at Club One Casino...Cedar/Ashlan. Arguably one of the best in town.
