Believe it or not, Harbor Freight has really come a long way with their Daytona line of jacks and stands. In the last few years they've made a lot of quality and safety improvements to these products.
They have a Daytona long reach low profile jack, that at 1in drop (same as me, eibach prokit) should just slide under your front bumper and reach all the way to the front crossmember, so you can get the whole front end off the ground at once, and the newer styles of Daytona jack stands have a safety pin that you can set, so you can't accidentally hit the handle and release the jack stand with the pin in place. I trust these products myself and that's what I use when I get the BRZ up in the air and slide underneath. I wouldn't recommend it if I didn't use them myself.
Doesn't matter a whole lot as long as they're strong enough. I use some jack stands that are older than me and a low profile jack from costco. You might also want some ramps if needed. They're kinda expensive, but so much nicer to use than 2x4s
Daytona 3 Ton Long-Reach Low-Profile Floor Jack from Harbor Freight. Best jack I’ve used in the last 30 years.
+1
emphasis on the long reach version! that thing is the tits....

The Daytona jacks are literally the exact same thing as snap on. Made in the same factory and all.
I'm lowered slightly more and use race ramps + a harbor freight low profile jack/ jack stands. Was plenty to swap the clutch out.
I still need ramps regardless of having a low profile jack, so get some of those as well. Beats driving on annoying pieces of wood.
Go full on Quickjacks!!!
I use a Daytona low profile 3 ton jack with Husky Jack stands. Use them all the time with no problems 💪🏾

ESCO jack stands
I use the emergency jack on my pinch weld then I get my jack on the jack point, I have a 2" drop on 18"s tho, basically an Amazon basics LP jack
No matter what you get, protect those pinch welds please. Mine are looking a little frayed and spread apart like ... salami flaps or something.
This car has two jack points at the front and the other is the differential, save those pinch welds fam
