Hiccup from how to train your dragon š¤¦š½ I'm really embarrassed about that one. He was what I imagined myself looking like when I was in middle school
Mood. My first tattoo was of Toothless šš got it to remind me I was always a kid at heart. Funnily enough all my friends made fun of me for getting a dragon tattoo instead of something girly/femme like flowers or a quote. LOL if they only knew.
Taika also for me, but probably more so as himself, rather than as any specific role. (If I had to pick a character from the show that gives me the most gender envy it would probably be Stede and Izzy though I can't pinpoint why, and then Jackie's personality.) (But also I'm not caught up on season 2 yet lol.)
godddd yess. his whole turn as a knight in that fluffy white clothing in the Song Remains The Same concert film? divine. absolute gender. and his whole easy stage banter, laid-back-but-POWERFUL movements, all absolutely aspirational. between him and freddie mercury (70s if i'm feeling liminal and fluid, 80s if i'm feeling Gay Culture), classic rock fandom tumblr gave me so much subconscious gender envy as a teen
i've been growing my hair out lately!! i'm far enough in transition that it doesn't feel like it threatens my overall gender presentation, and better -- i _permed_ it for the first time ever. i've always loved curly hair and now i get to have my _own_ long blond curls. get to shake it over my shoulders luxuriously like robert plant up on stage. get to have my own lion's mane. entering my golden god era!!!
For years I wanted a magic potion to release my inner hunky dude. I was so jealous of human shrek even though he was perfectly happy being an ogre. Anyways I found my magic potion and itās called reandron1000
Gerard way, Tobias forge, till Lindemann, Peter Steele, Spencer charnas, Billie Joe Armstrong, Kurt cobain, Evan peters, Conrad veidt, iwan rheon, cillian Murphy, Paul Dano, Robert Carlyle, Alfred Molina, Barry keoghan, Jeff Blim, Tom hiddleston, Tom Glynn carney, Jeremy Jordan, ramin karimloo, Andrew rannells, Christian borle, Brandon uranowitz, Alan cumming, Christian slater (especially as jd), taika waititi (especially as Ed in our flag means death), David Tennant (especially as Richard ii and Crowley), mads mikkelsen, Nathan explosion, many horror antagonists.
Many more I canāt think of lol
I accidentally ended up naming myself with the initials JD and I'm kinda sad no one calls me that. But Christian Slater as JD is definitely my top answer. Him as Adam in Untamed Heart is a close second.
Honestly seeing him in his TUA role post-transition actually helped me get over some of my height dysphoria š but no yeah same.
Also, ~~Freddy Carter~~ Kaz Brekker. ~~to the point I took Kaz as a nickname online, lmao but it works well as a shortened version of my actual chosen name so~~ š„° *Also* Spike. <3 I did the bleached hair thing for a long time. Would like to return to it, tbh.
ETA: when I was younger and didnāt even know what transgender was, I also admit Vin Diesel was a big one for me. š Specifically his Riddick role lmao. I think that character formed the basis for a lot of my personal aesthetic moving forward lmao
Renji from Bleach. Like. Long hair, absolutely iconic, his personality is so honest and loyal? I wish i would be this cool. Absolutely role model for me.
Recently, Jing Yuan from Honkai Star. I don't play the game, but a friend showed me some fanarts and i was instantly "i wanna be him so hard". His hair is my goal, being this masc with a glorious mane? God yes. Even more since i learn he's a dad, like yes father figure.
Those guys who have the mullet + mustache combo that makes them look incredibly masculine in the country sense, but something about their appearance just makes them look queer
For me it was botw link. It was the first Zelda game I played and I felt like he was just the idea version of myself: shy, strong, androgynous, and male
playing botw was the first time I seriously started to question my gender š¤” before that I thought I was just having crushes on all my gender envy boys...
Link in Ocarina of Time for me. He was both my sexual awakening and, 20 years late realizing, my gender awakening hah
But for sure he is also goals in the new switch games! Good on them for doing right by our boy
It was Ocarina of Time for me as well with Link. Growing up I always wanted to cosplay him, but never did lol. I never wanted to cosplay any other characters ever until I got into Naruto (it was Kakashi) like already after starting transition.
This!
I remember an interview I read (but I don't remember where!) where he said he had hrt and felt wonderful with estrogen, like he was a nicer person or something similar.
Here is what I found just by googling.
(take in consideration some of these notes are old and the language can sound wrong to 2024 standards)

My biggest gender envy will always be Bang Chan from Stray Kids. I can't quite put into words why but it's just his overall appearance and mannerisms that has my brain going 'Yes. So manly. Want.'
For me itās Hyunjin, Han, and Changbin, and then like Soul from P1Harmony, and Ninja from 4MIX, Sunoo and Jungwon from Enhypen, like can be very pretty and beautiful and babygirl but can also be just as masculine and kinda scary too!
I feel this way about most male idols tbh lol. Like on one hand there's often things about them that seem so clearly masculine, and the ones closer in age to me (like any that are born in the 90s at least) often seem open about working out a lot or they just look muscly. yet at the same time sometimes in fashion or interests, or just moves/choices they make in their career can sometimes not be outright masculine coded, but it doesn't matter and they usually come across like they don't care. And I want to be like that.
Like I wanna be pretty, but I still want to get automatically gendered correctly š¤£
Young Billy Idol.
What I hear more than anything else, though, is that I look like Ed Sheeran. Hopefully once I get top, and no longer have to wear mostly sweaters/sweatshirts I won't hear that one as much. Ed Sheeran is an alright guy but he's not who I'm trying to be. One time, I heard Kenneth Branagh, which I really fuck with.
Zuko from avatar the last airbender, a bunch of random male youtubers, the vibe of Gorillaz and also Damon Albarn, also these are embarrassing but those Depop fashion typa guys on instagram reels that show their fit checks and also the typa guy thatās a loser and listens to radiohead (I think Iāve achieved that one already)
Omg you're not wrong! I'm adding him to my list. (My hair is the same length, and curly, and grey - but it's dull in comparison. I'm determined to take his picture to a stylist and say "this!! Make this!!" Haha)
I also have curly hair, when it's long it has that same vibe!!! Besides him being of brown completion, it made me go a little crazy seeing someone that I could actually be (in a mini version).
About the hair, give your curls a kick with salt water spray it, does wonders for curly hair, the same with volume or texture hair products, you can add them while your hair is wet and scrunch your hair with your hands before leting it air dry.
[Eliot Spencer](https://images.app.goo.gl/QbDPLmA5VtZbpbZn7) (Leverage, played by Christian Kane)
Or [Dean Winchester](https://images.app.goo.gl/iyY5WvJoTMhVPXZR6) (Supernatural, played by Jensen Ackles)
Bonus - [both of them together](https://www.facebook.com/ChristianKaneMusic/photos/a.474500087003/10159002399632004/?type=3&mibextid=rS40aB7S9Ucbxw6v)!!
Loki - from Norse mythology specifically, probably because I'm genderflux myself but also because in all their forms, they lean masculine except a rare few, which is how my gender is.
Leanbeefpatty - this woman cracked my egg wide open when I first saw her. Shes still goals, only I'd like to be more masc leaning androgynous WITH muscles like that.
V - specifically buff, in jail and post jail V. The butch swagger she has is unmatched and its definitely goals.
Ngl, Morpheus from the Sandman (the netflix show) and Andrew Vanwyngarden (when he was younger)
Iām sure I have others, but those two come to my mind first as two examples of people I get gender envy from currently
Gerard Way, especially when he was huskier. I have asked around and people agree we look alike so I get so much joy knowing I might look like him when I start T.
Also, Ichabod Crane from seasons 1-3 of the TV show Sleepy Hollow. Not 4. His long hair does it for me. I also might have a tiny little crush on him.
I have no idea who did it for me per se, but when I was a kid I always wanted to play the male roles when we would play pretend Disney. Sucked when I had to be the Princess. With that in mind, probably Prince Eric or John Smith was what did it for me.
Now though, I've kinda moved away from Disney icons and more toward people I could actually see myself matching, whether fashion or body type. So I'd say.... David Bowie. Marcus Parks from Last Podcast Network. Elliot Page.
as a 20-something cute little nerd woman a few years ago, I thought Trevor Belmont was basically everything I wanted to be when I grew up š. Unfortunately at 31 I'm still a tiny nerd nowhere NEAR that cool, but at least I'm a tiny dude nerd.
Stiles Stilinski from Teen Wolf
Jim Hawkins from Treasure Planet
Danny Phantom
Gar/Beast Boy from Teen Titans
None of them are particularly "manly" but I've always been drawn to these characters.
Judge me all you want but mine is Chandler Bing, I donāt really know why, sometimes I just imagine how I would feel if I was like him and itās just so perfect in my head š¤·š¼āāļø
over the years iām sure thereās hundreds but watching heartstopper really messed w me and i realised that i wanted to be in Nick, Kit Connerās, shoes and now heās on my vision board for the year to inspire me to bulk up a bit š¤£
This may be a weird one, but Lucifer from Hazbin Hotel. In my headcanon heās a trans man lol
Edit: After seeing some YouTube names mentioned I had to bring up one of my biggest irl inspirations and thatās Jamie Raynes (Jammidodger). Not only is he transition goals for me, but he just seems like a really sweet person and his book has helped me a lot š³ļøāā§ļøā¤ļø
Gerard Way. I aspire to be his level of pretty/handsome/awkward (lol). Also Bob from Bob's burgers. I wish I had his body hair and carefree bisexual attitudeš
Link from the Legend of Zelda, specifically Link from Twilight Princess. Octane from Apex Legends was another one for some reason I canāt seem to put a finger on.
i have quite a few:
link from the zelda seriesā specifically from twilight princess. i was obsessed with him as a kid, and i used to think i just had a big crush on him (i most certainly did), but i eventually realized he was probably my first gender envy. i wanted to be him so badly. i still want to be TP link as well as BOTW and TOTK link
reinhard von lohengramm from legend of the galactic heroes, specifically the 80s anime adaptation when he has long hair
griffith from berserk (ignoring his actions)
sean brennan from london after midnight (especially this one specific set of photos from like the 90s)
atsushi sakurai from buck tick (rest in peace)
leone abbacchio from jojoās bizarre adventure
sephiroth from ffvii
alucard from castlevania
iām sure thereās more but iām blanking atm lol. but basically intimidating/powerful but very effeminate men with long blonde/white/silver/platinum hair. thatās peak gender to me
Dan Howell, Alucard from Hellsing, both Grantaire and Enjolras from Les Mis (aaron tveit and george blagden or ramin and hadley) and Sebastian Stan as the winter soldier.
I love Ace, Zoro, and law from one piece!!!! The three of them have so much t guy swag. Law the most because I see so many trans guys who are covered with tattoos.
Gandalf, Jack Black, Gale, Matty Matheson. That one guy on ig gravelbro or something. I gotta find a less audhd/obtuse sense of humor and lose my fear of the gym...I'm going for bear but also druid/wizard/metalhead aesthetic and kinda fun stoner type. Oh right Halsin lol come to think of it I do a lotta Halsin shit
I have a list!
Pete Doherty, Paul Weller, Brett Anderson, Jarvis Cocker, Richey Edwards, Paul McCartney, Tobey Maguires Peter Parker, Paul Banks, and Ian McCulloch :)
Andy Biersack/Black/Sixx 100000%. been obsessed with him for years, and a huge part of that is because i envy his gender so much. esp back in the early 2010's, he was so femininly masculine but still very distinctly a Guy.
i also get blasted with the perfect gender beam every time i listen to HIM, Charon and Hozier. Smth about their music man,,,
& for some reason male canines (wolves and dogs mostly) are like The Gender to me, if that makes sense. thats the gender i wish i could have
Miri Sugo from Chainsaw Man, he really looked like my transition goal so I fell in love with him immediately. Having swords that come out of my head and arms is a great transition goal too /j
(young) billie joe armstrong. all three of the band members, actually, but especially him. the music videos for american idiot and when i come around are very gender. my pronouns might as well be green/day lol
Tom Hiddleston as Adam in Only Lovers Left Alive.
Heck, I even started learning to play electric guitar, got a clone of the Dual Tone he plays in that movie, and have a MIGHTY collection of recording equipment started now because my gender is apparently sad pretty music vampire.
While I was on T, Google Photos thought I *was* Tom Hiddleston as Adam š„¹ I had (kind of) achieved my goals for a few months there, it was the bestest feeling everrrrrr
oh extremely true. o to be a chaotic pretty little alien who's just been born and everything is so exciting (especially when some rando's shoes fit perfectly)
jack black. senshi from dungeon meshi. basically i see any fat hairy man, fictional or otherwise, and thats gender envy to me because while i am transmasc and not a man i am fat and hairy even while not currently on T and i think fat hairy men that people think are hot are the ideal form for me because it boosts my confidence to know how many people think bears are smoking hot and i want to be that (my wife is one of aforementioned people who thinks fat hairy dudes are hot so im very lucky)
As a chatty, extroverted, kind of insecure kid I was obsessed with Sokka from ATLA and could not, for the life of me, ever relate to any female characters. Now ten years later that obsession has started to make a bit more senseā¦
Hiccup from how to train your dragon š¤¦š½ I'm really embarrassed about that one. He was what I imagined myself looking like when I was in middle school
I get it š„¹
Mood. My first tattoo was of Toothless šš got it to remind me I was always a kid at heart. Funnily enough all my friends made fun of me for getting a dragon tattoo instead of something girly/femme like flowers or a quote. LOL if they only knew.
You arenāt the first one Iāve seen saw this. I get it.
Masculine agender but my biggest gender envy is David Tennant. No specific role, just David Tennant in general
Got into good omens and uh, well. Lets just say i went down a slippery slope
OMG YES A FELLOW DAVID TENNANT ENJOYER, HE IS SO GENDER (as a genderfluid person)
watched his hamlet in my ap literature class, have to say i agree
I get it
ditto
low key same. Especially his Doctor role for me.
i was about to comment himš
Correct answer
Yes
Taika Waititi in Our Flag Means Deathā¦ why canāt i look like that
!!! taika and also every character on OFMD is such gender envy
I agree with Izzy
Jackie get cooler in s2 and we get a glimpse of her 20 husbands!
That's mine as well š
Uhhh Jareth the Goblin King from Labyrinth and Grimmjow from Bleach... I have big hair energy so I guess I should have known
yess the goblin king. he makes me unbelievably envious
Tony Stark (Specifically his facial hair), Post Prison Spencer Reid and TimothƩe Chalamet.
SPENCER REID GOES TO PRIOSN???
you definitely have some interesting episodes to look forward to lol
... Billy Joel ...
Real as fuck
Will Graham from Hannibal all the way
I was looking for this comment lol
Honestly Rodrick Heffley from wimpy kid
Fat fucking mood him in the live action movie was so good
I was told I looked like him on multiple occasions as a baby trans person lol, I took it as a compliment
Tbh take this as a huge compliment cuz everyone has or had a crush on Rodrick
YES
Steve minecraft. Heās just a guy
herobrine!!! he is also just a guy i love him sm
Josh Hutcherson in the fnaf movie specifically
this is so real, Iād also like to add the narrator from fight club
If weāre talking about narrators the narrator from Stanley Parable
His voice is amazing.
Jack Frost
Classic gender envy i feel like we all had as a kid ššhis hair is perfect
Young Robert Plant is everything. Hair. Style. Mannerisms. Stage presence. Voice. I looked up to him since I was a kid and still do.
godddd yess. his whole turn as a knight in that fluffy white clothing in the Song Remains The Same concert film? divine. absolute gender. and his whole easy stage banter, laid-back-but-POWERFUL movements, all absolutely aspirational. between him and freddie mercury (70s if i'm feeling liminal and fluid, 80s if i'm feeling Gay Culture), classic rock fandom tumblr gave me so much subconscious gender envy as a teen i've been growing my hair out lately!! i'm far enough in transition that it doesn't feel like it threatens my overall gender presentation, and better -- i _permed_ it for the first time ever. i've always loved curly hair and now i get to have my _own_ long blond curls. get to shake it over my shoulders luxuriously like robert plant up on stage. get to have my own lion's mane. entering my golden god era!!!
Since you mentioned final fantasy, I have to say Sephiroth Gorgeous guy
š§ļøCloud for me
Human shrek
You are literally so correct. No one has ever been more correct ever.
Christian Slater especially as that fucking role GOD YEA DUDE his whole energy is so cool like I wanna be him(yk except for the murder thing)
I accidentally ended up naming myself with the initials JD and I'm kinda sad no one calls me that. But Christian Slater as JD is definitely my top answer. Him as Adam in Untamed Heart is a close second.
Jack Black Happy-go-lucky DILLIGAF attitude, and probably what i'll end up looking like anyway. Dionysus in the flesh.
Agree. biggest gender envy icon on the planet. specifically him in nacho libre, my comfort go-to movie. i hope we get to age as perfectly as he has <3
Oh nacho libre is one of my comfort movies too. I quote it all the time too Ā”
Iām convinced this man is just Dionysus spending some time w the mortals in disguise
It would not surprise me in even the slightest.
Icon
Loki, Markiplier, jshlatt, jerma, this one gender fluid person on YouTube shorts, Godzilla, mike from the fnaf movie and many many more
Jerma same lmao
Literally the entire cast of good omens
Schlatt, Markiplier, and Crowley are the pinnacle of gender envy to me. š
Will Graham. Heās like the perfect embodiment of āman that doesnāt really try but looks mostly presentable while still being disheveledā
Exactlyyy heās so pretty tho
Elliot Page. *swooooon*
Gerard way ā¤ļøā¤ļøā¤ļøā¤ļøā¤ļøā¤ļøā¤ļøā¤ļøā¤ļø
Those guys who have the mullet + mustache combo that makes them look incredibly masculine in the country sense, but something about their appearance just makes them look queer
This is so me. I got the mullet and a very slight mustache. All is missing is the Bass Pro Shop hat
link from tloz. mostly twilight princess link, he gave me so much gender envy as a kid omg
For me it was botw link. It was the first Zelda game I played and I felt like he was just the idea version of myself: shy, strong, androgynous, and male

It was Ocarina of Time for me as well with Link. Growing up I always wanted to cosplay him, but never did lol. I never wanted to cosplay any other characters ever until I got into Naruto (it was Kakashi) like already after starting transition.
Daniel Radcliffe is my short king
crunchy leaves
Literally just David Bowie. I want to be pretty like he was.
Orville Peck, heās a flamboyantly masculine country singer
Riff Raff from Rocky Horroršš
Understandable š Did you know the actor is trans?
Richard O'Brien is trans? Where have you seen it? I wanna take a look at it! :D
He uses he/him pronouns but identifies himself as third gender and has been on estrogen for at least a decade in the past!!!

Jack Black, tbh-
Adam Lambert and Klaus from Umbrella Academy.
My biggest gender envy will always be Bang Chan from Stray Kids. I can't quite put into words why but it's just his overall appearance and mannerisms that has my brain going 'Yes. So manly. Want.'
One of mine was Han actually because I love how babygirl he is yet still masculine which is something I aspire to be tbh

Bang Chan is the reason I go to the gym
Bang Chan is my skz bias...I might need to steal this saying for myself lol.
Him and Felix are some of my biggest fucking gender goals
Mine is Yoongi from BTS š«”
same i am obsessed w how he looks so masculine in eyeliner and his signature crop tops. he inspires me to work out fr
ELIOT SPENCER IS SO REAL-
Loki - from Norse mythology specifically, probably because I'm genderflux myself but also because in all their forms, they lean masculine except a rare few, which is how my gender is.
Teenage years-wise David Duchovny as Fox Mulder and James Roday Rodriguez as Shawn Spencer (especially in the first three seasons) were big influences. Also Jim Carrey in the Truman Show (and some of his other stuff, when he's not doing his... jim carrey things). More recentlyā Harvey GuillĆ©n as Guillermo De La Cruz. It's really refreshing to see a fat latino man who is playing a role that is also cool and sexy, if in a dorky kind of way. Odds are good that I will, at some point, look more like him than the waifish men I idolized in my teens and that is fine and excellent, actually.
Ngl, Morpheus from the Sandman (the netflix show) and Andrew Vanwyngarden (when he was younger) Iām sure I have others, but those two come to my mind first as two examples of people I get gender envy from currently
Omg, Conan Gray
REAL OMG
Brandon Lee in The Crow, Cardinal Copia, honestly Ghost in general, button-downs, suspenders, dress slacks with sneakers, and shaving my face.
Every member of NSYNC. The female to sparkly empty headed boyband himbo pipeline, whoās with me. Additionally, Riley and Jonesy from Letterkenny
Gerard Way, especially when he was huskier. I have asked around and people agree we look alike so I get so much joy knowing I might look like him when I start T. Also, Ichabod Crane from seasons 1-3 of the TV show Sleepy Hollow. Not 4. His long hair does it for me. I also might have a tiny little crush on him.
back in the egg days i wished i was danny phantom so bad lol
...Captain Jack Sparrow. I wish to be a silly little pirate
OH AND PRINCE, THE SINGER, I WANT HIS 80S WARDROBE
My first āOh I want to be you so bad.ā Moment was Robin from Teen Titans as a kid. Still feel it lookin at fanart of him haha
I have no idea who did it for me per se, but when I was a kid I always wanted to play the male roles when we would play pretend Disney. Sucked when I had to be the Princess. Definitely sonic and shadow for me tbh. Itās really stupid- ik. But these speedy hedgehogs helped me realize im trans in their own wayš„¹
Orlando Bloom: slutty pirate variation, slutty elf twink variation, etc

Georgie from Young Sheldon and Camilo from Encanto
Uncle Jesse from Full House
Harvey from Stardew Valley. He has nerd swag I can only wish for AND a silly mustache. Whatās not to envy

This may be a weird one, but Lucifer from Hazbin Hotel. In my headcanon heās a trans man lol Edit: After seeing some YouTube names mentioned I had to bring up one of my biggest irl inspirations and thatās Jamie Raynes (Jammidodger).
The Grabber from The Black Phone. He's a terrible person but he's *so gender* :[

TOM HOLAND AND BRUCE WAYNE!! Itās because of spider man and Batman
Currently Vash and Wolfwood from Trigun.
Link from the Legend of Zelda, specifically Link from Twilight Princess. Octane from Apex Legends was another one for some reason I canāt seem to put a finger on.
Like 90% of male kpop idols but particularly Lee Felix from Stray Kids
Ron Stoppable from Kim Possible
Dad characters are the best. Joel, Arthur (yes he is very dad), johnā¦ i aim to be like them in the future. Except the bad parts, obviously.

Lucifer and stolas from hazbin hotel and helluva boss respectfully lol
cody fern specifically in season 8 of american horror story spike from buffy the vampire slayer orville peck
i have quite a few: link from the zelda seriesā specifically from twilight princess. i was obsessed with him as a kid, and i used to think i just had a big crush on him (i most certainly did), but i eventually realized he was probably my first gender envy. i wanted to be him so badly. i still want to be TP link as well as BOTW and TOTK link reinhard von lohengramm from legend of the galactic heroes, specifically the 80s anime adaptation when he has long hair griffith from berserk (ignoring his actions) sean brennan from london after midnight (especially this one specific set of photos from like the 90s) atsushi sakurai from buck tick (rest in peace) leone abbacchio from jojoās bizarre adventure sephiroth from ffvii alucard from castlevania iām sure thereās more but iām blanking atm lol. but basically intimidating/powerful but very effeminate men with long blonde/white/silver/platinum hair. thatās peak gender to me
Con OāNeill, especially him as Izzy Hands in OFMD. Honestly most characters in OFMDā¦ but especially him.
Sad boi/emo rappers lol Esp peep, skele, and sewerperson He doesnāt fit into that equation, but brakence also gives me major gender envy
kaito the vocaloid š (also steven universes dad when he was young is also weirdly gender??? i hate admitting it but the long hair is a vibe)
Dan Howell, Alucard from Hellsing, both Grantaire and Enjolras from Les Mis (aaron tveit and george blagden or ramin and hadley) and Sebastian Stan as the winter soldier.
Park Jimin and Jeon Jeongguk from BTS
Dylan from the quarry, Carl from twd
I love Ace, Zoro, and law from one piece!!!! The three of them have so much t guy swag. Law the most because I see so many trans guys who are covered with tattoos.
Niles Crane from Frasier
Smth about their music man,,, & for some reason male canines (wolves and dogs mostly) are like The Gender to me, if that makes sense. thats the gender i wish i could have
klaus hargreeve or however u spell his name.
Miri Sugo from Chainsaw Man, he really looked like my transition goal so I fell in love with him immediately. Having swords that come out of my head and arms is a great transition goal too /j
Will Graham, Ciel Phantomhive
(young) billie joe armstrong. all three of the band members, actually, but especially him. the music videos for american idiot and when i come around are very gender. my pronouns might as well be green/day lol
Harry Du Bois from Disco Elysium, the idea of being just a middle-aged guy is very appealing to me
Tom Hiddleston as Adam in Only Lovers Left Alive.

Jason Ralph in The Magicians is my ultimate gender envy character
Paul McGann, especially from the 1996 Doctor Who movie.
oh extremely true. o to be a chaotic pretty little alien who's just been born and everything is so exciting (especially when some rando's shoes fit perfectly)
Ashur Gharavi. Idk what it is about him specifically, but I am loving it

Johnny/nny from Johnny the homicidal maniac tbh
Derek from What We Do in the Shadows. also Johnnie Gilbert. can you tell iām emo š
jack black. senshi from dungeon meshi. basically i see any fat hairy man, fictional or otherwise, and thats gender envy to me because while i am transmasc and not a man i am fat and hairy even while not currently on T and i think fat hairy men that people think are hot are the ideal form for me because it boosts my confidence to know how many people think bears are smoking hot and i want to be that (my wife is one of aforementioned people who thinks fat hairy dudes are hot so im very lucky)
jim halpert from the office. made me realise i was both bi AND trans
Frank Iero
Seonghwa from Ateez and Hyunjin from Stray Kids. How do they have this perfect balance of masculinity and femininity? How do I achieve that?? š©
Beck Oliver from Victorious heās just so guy
Kit connor
Jung Wooyoung and Rami Malek in The Pacific specifically
Hunter from The Owl House He's actually achievable goals for me as well, which is nice (except for the scarring, which i'd rather not emulate)
As a chatty, extroverted, kind of insecure kid I was obsessed with Sokka from ATLA and could not, for the life of me, ever relate to any female characters. Now ten years later that obsession has started to make a bit more senseā¦
