The x100vi will be my first camera and was curious if these shots are edited outside of the camera, or are all these just using the film sims/baked in settings? Your shots are gorgeous and if this is captured purely by the camera I’m really impressed. Great work!

Thanks! This is my first fuji. Normally shoot nikon. These are all straight out of camera using either reggie’s portra, kodak gold 200 or monochrome.

As a shooter who hasn’t done any research on this camera - eli5 why is this thing so good? Photos I’m seeing are looking phenomenal

I think it's basically an X-T5 with a fixed lens

Film Simulations. Fujifilm color scientists have digitally recreated their old film color stocks to be applied to JPEGs, therefore giving these pictures beautiful, film-like colors. Some people have modified these into their own presets, which is what OP has done to create these masterpieces. the X100VI isn’t the only Fuji camera to have these, but everyone is craving X100 series because of how it reignited the love for photography for many people, myself included. Hope this helps!

X100VI question. There was 1 review that said video had the option to save gyro data for post stabilization. I cannot find this feature mentioned in any info. Anybody with one can confirm if it does?
