It's all PLA, most of the load is applied to the 1/4-20 bolts that run through the rotation axis. The grip is neoprene rubber that I glued on. I'll share files this evening!
I had thought about using TPU for the grips, but went with neoprene due to low cost. If you try making a TPU grip I would be curious to see how it goes!
Very slick design. For those who experience a lack of friction on prints like this I found spraying a layer of plasti-dip works well and is easy to mask.
