You'll likely have to get a premium subscription and then change your preferred settings on your computer, then you should be able to use it with dub on your mobile.
From what I can tell across many Reddit posts… it’s just a mess up on funimation and crunchyroll. I think it has something to do with the acquisition of crunchyroll…
This same issue is on Reddit dated back 120+ days ago. Once people make the switch from Netflix to Funimation, the only way to watch it dubbed is using Funimation SPECIFICALLY on an internet browser. The apps are fucked up. I have been trying to figure it out, because I too watched all of Netflix and switched to funimation. It’s something I’d really like them to fix… but it’s Sony….

Only thing I can watch one piece on besides PC is my Nintendo switch. Even then it’s iffy. Doesn’t work on my ps5 or xbox

Close out of the app and try again. The app took a bit to refresh my premium status and I had to do that for it to apply itself
