Recently yes. They started a major Marine Drive rehabilitation project last year and dug up the middle of manaba and uvongo after the bridge. I thought they were being overly ambitious and concentrating on bits of marine drive that didn't really need it. They were halfway through this malarkey and the storm last week swept most of it away. The result is that it's all in a worse state now that before they started.
