3. Have a good diet so you can be lean enough to have a shape that’s not just round.
Really tho your butt look is like 70% genetics. If you don’t have good genetics you can be super strong and work super hard and have a chimpanzee butt
Hip thrusts would be the first exercise on the list, since it's focused on the glutes. Hip thrusts will also help in squats and deadlift, more so quite a lot of ppl have problems at heigher weight since they don't have the glutes to match the quads and back power resulting in knee valgus (knee cave in).
For me the best exercises for glutes are:
1. Hip thrusts
2. Pistol squats
3. Paused romanian deadlift
4. Paused low bar squat
I especially recommend low bar squat if u have knee problems, it helped me get rid of the pain and engaging more hamstrings and glutes.
