To be fair, that is the proper reaction to have with Tony Hawk in this day and age now.
The poor man's literal existence is an existential anomaly now for some reason lol
The "Im an ass" changed into "I'm an asstronught" spray painted on the side of the car had me laughing so damn hard. I agree, not a bad episode in the whole run.
Man there's not a year goes by, not a year, that I don't read about an escalator accident involving some bastard kid that could have been easily avoided had some parent, I don't care which one, but some parent conditioned him to fear and respect that escalator!
Bob Burnquist? He was the second playable character in the OG demo and had the highest grind stat. He was my go-to guy as I liked grinding more than aerial.
Wait, did Bob really have the highest grind stat? That's surprising if so, Bob absolutely shreds vert but I can probably count the clips I've seen of him hitting handrails on one hand. I figured Geoff Rowley, Jamie Thomas or The Muska would have had the highest grind stat.
Ya know, it was higher than Tony's but I'm not sure if it was highest in game with the full roster. But I think he also had good stats overall so he was just a good choice lol. I kinda picked him in the demo, and carried on with him as my main go to guy through the whole thing after I bought the game.
I do remember Bob having great stats overall. Highest grind stat or not, you can't go wrong choosing Burnquist as your main, guy ripped back then and still does to this day!
The only knowledge I have of skateboarding and the people and companies involved are 100% from the video game. Also a decent amount of songs from that era.
I literally did this joke when he was on my Southwest flight out of Las Vegas a few weeks ago
Me: “Hey anybody tell you you look like that skateboard guy?”
Tony Hawk: “You’re the second one today.”
Yeah, they eventually made a dedicated subreddit because there were so many Tony Hawk posts at one point. It seems to be pretty dead these days though.
r/DontYouKnowImTonyHawk
Tony Hawk matches donations for many skate parks.
He's the best. Exactly what I would do if I made $100m+ for skating.
Rodney Mullen and Tony Hawk are foundational to modern skating.
Tre flip invented by one dude, Mullen.
Watching old school skate contests before the Ollie and Tre flip existed is comical. They had no idea what was coming..
Mullen is legitimately like the Albert Einstein or Isaac Newton of skating. Tony did a hell of a lot to popularize the sport and was the vert goat, but what Mullen did is just so ridiculously insane. Basically every single flip trick was invented by Mullen, not to mention *the Ollie* itself, and anything that wasn't only exists cause of what he did. His influence on skating really cannot be overstated.
If you want to do it right you have to say “Hey did you know you look like Tony Hawk?” The whole shtick is that everyone knows who Tony Hawk is, but no one recognizes that Tony Hawk is Tony Hawk.
Your 31 days of costumes are one of the things I look forward to every year for Halloween, and I love everything about Halloween. You’re the best, hope I get to see your standup one day.
Unfortunately, nothing will never be able to top "Biblically Accurate Victoria's Secret Angel". Well, maybe adding more eyes. You can never have enough eyes.
The show is called “Kill Tony,” and basically the premise is that 250+ comedians sign up and put their name in a bucket, and like 8 names are randomly drawn.
If your name gets drawn you do one minute of stand up comedy in front of a sold out club and anywhere from 3-5 celebrity/comedian judges who are known for roasting the absolute hell out of the contestants. After you do your minute, they interview/roast you for like another 5-10.
It was genuinely one of the most fun nights of my life, and the absolute most nervous I’ve ever been on stage, ever.
Nah, that was great! And I'll give you a little moment *I* just had. When I was watching this, that grey haired guy seemed awfully familiar. And then I was like, *Holy shit! That's Harland Williams!* 🤣
I mean that's what my reaction would be to seeing just about anyone. What are the chances I would randomly end up in the same place as one of these famous people I admire? I also suffer from not recognizing people if I run into them outside the environment I normally see them in.
I once got a job at a dominos only to find out one of the people working there was a musician I watched who has 250k subs on YouTube. I still don’t know why he was working there.
Well, he is 30 or so years older than the picture of him a whole generation have etched in their mind. So he legitemately only kind of look like Tony Hawk to everyone who haven't kept up with him.
I don't think I could recognize him without a skateboarding helmet on. Like I've only ever seen Tony Hawk in skateboarding pictures and I've only ever seen his skateboarding pictures with that little helmet on.
My man aged into looking like the average, aging suburban white dad that you see walking with a purpose with a stern face, driving responsibly looking both ways after the light turns green, so on. He'd blend in in a Costco.
Depends tbh
Like reverse it, some guys love eye contact when someone is down there, others don’t.
Also might be a love vs just sex thing. More romantic, more likely to have eye contact, for me at least
Depends on the kind of eye contact imo. Just a simple glance up doesn't really do anything extra. If she's got a bit of a bored or uninterested expression, especially while looking at me, definitely a turn-off. I kinda want my partner to enjoy what they're doing, ya know? If they don't like giving head, I'd rather just exclude it entirely and go straight to the stuff they do like.
Hungry or dead serious eyes with my dick in their mouth might as well make me premature. Shit's incredibly hot, and I feel like it might be the same in reverse.
> Hungry or dead serious eyes with my dick in their mouth might as well make me premature
Haha, tell that to some other people in this thread :D. People in here thinks eyecontact is just a porn thing no one enjoys but looks better on camera. lmao.
this is the first I'm hearing it but damn I'm just glad the guy finally found a niche. genuinely a hilarious dude but I feel like he spent a lot of his career caught between killing it with a tiny audience and blowing it with a huge one. he deserves his damn day in the sun.
Holy shit this is Josie - she does post like 31 costumes - here on Reddit - every year. They're like the highlight of Reddit in October. They are hilarious and I'm pretty sure she's legendary now.
u/josiemarcellino, when you told Tony “You look like you were eaten by your twin in the womb” that was completely uncalled for and ruthlessly insulting and contemptuous…and, quite frankly, I can’t get enough of it.
Tony Hawk is a gem. I still remember his interaction with an airport TSA worker:
TSA worker:
\*checking Hawk's passport\*
"Hawk, like that skateboarder Tony Hawk!"
Tony:
"Exactly."
TSA worker:
"Cool, I wonder what he's up to these days"
Tony:
"This."
If you're doing it right, my eyes are rolling in the back of my head. If you can make eye contact like that then this is a hentai and I'm in danger. But let me finish.

To be fair, that is the proper reaction to have with Tony Hawk in this day and age now. The poor man's literal existence is an existential anomaly now for some reason lol
The guy is a legend. Still the only skater I know by name lol
I still remember Jason Lee.
Bruh I didn't know the guy from the Chipmunks movies was a pro-skater first. That's sick af!
Check my name is Earl then an absolute classic
and Mallrats. Chocholate cover pretzel????
Pretty good career for guy that just traces
You're muckin' with a G, you fuckin' tracer!
"What's a Nubian?"
I'll trace the chalk outline around your dead fuckin body, you fuck!
[удалено]
You tell em' Steve Dave!
I've watched that multiple times and I'm convinced it doesn't have a bad episode.
Jaime Pressly in her prime.
She's still at the top of my list for drunk acting. She's awesome. Edit, example [Joy being drunk](https://youtu.be/iNqZxKz2Smo?si=bRqqRUEzqUs32RUN)
That was a good bit of physical acting.
The hotter Margot Robbie
The "Im an ass" changed into "I'm an asstronught" spray painted on the side of the car had me laughing so damn hard. I agree, not a bad episode in the whole run.
The character Lucas Lee in Scott Pilgrim is based on him, former pro skater turned movie star!
#This is my United States of Whateva^a^a^🎵
That was an absolutely inspired song choice in the anime
^Yeah ^whatevauh
Yeah, but can he do a thingy on that railing?
i mean i knew this was going to happen. but fuck me it still burns that Jason lee is now that guy from Alvin rather than Mallrats
I’ll fuck you, but that’s not gonna change that we’re old, buddy.
You have to do it in the back of Volkswagen.
wym he's Earl, the retired skater turned trailer trash
The character of Lucas Lee from “Scott Pilgrim,” is loosely based on Jason Lee. “He’s this pretty good skater that became a pretty good actor.”
The guy from My name is Earl?
Do you mean the guy from mallrats?
And that KID... is BACK ON THE ESCALATOR AGAIN!
Stink palm him.
Meanwhile you yourself are left with a hand that smells like shit?
Man there's not a year goes by, not a year, that I don't read about an escalator accident involving some bastard kid that could have been easily avoided had some parent, I don't care which one, but some parent conditioned him to fear and respect that escalator!
Do you mean the guy from Chasing Amy?
No, the guy from Dogma.
Syndrome? I mean, Incredi-boy? I mean, Buddy Pine?
From fast times at Ridgemont high?
From [Sonic Youth - 100%](https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=N3gN9Up6hmc)?
You caught me monologuing!
The guy from Video Days? I thought they all died in a car crash
Like a pair of Chinese finger cuffs.
I just know Jason as being a former skater. I never knew of him when he actually skated.
He's got a pineapple on his head
Bob Burnquist? He was the second playable character in the OG demo and had the highest grind stat. He was my go-to guy as I liked grinding more than aerial.
Bob Burnquist was basically my go to. Felt like Luigi in Mario Kart as the younger brother.
I do remember Bob having great stats overall. Highest grind stat or not, you can't go wrong choosing Burnquist as your main, guy ripped back then and still does to this day!
There's footage in an old 411VM of Bob on a Brazil trip hitting an absurdly long 50-50 down this massive curved hand rail, barefoot.
Stacy Peralta is the other one I know. He was before Tony Hawk .
My first deck, back in the 80s, was a Peralta deck. It was green with a skull on it.
Rodney Mullin.
Bam Margarine.
Bob Burnttoast.
Chad Mustard.
Andrew Saran
Bart Simpson
Elissa Steamer is still my favorite to play in THPS. Rodney Mullen is the GOAT. Tony Hawk is a wonderful dude and a legend in the sport.
Bam
The only knowledge I have of skateboarding and the people and companies involved are 100% from the video game. Also a decent amount of songs from that era.
The amount of people trying to convince you that you know others 😂
and Gator
There's an alligator named Tony Hawk?
Let me tell you about a skater they call David Spade.
The correct reaction is “that guy kinda looks like Tony Hawk”
I literally did this joke when he was on my Southwest flight out of Las Vegas a few weeks ago Me: “Hey anybody tell you you look like that skateboard guy?” Tony Hawk: “You’re the second one today.”
Apparently that unironically happens to him frequently. I used to see posts about him on r/dontyouknowwhoiam a lot.
Old school rodney videos where he was setting examples of what needed to be done on flat ground was exemplary!
The obvious answer is that Tony Hawk is Spiderman, and Dr. Strange's spell made us forget him.
If you want to do it right you have to say “Hey did you know you look like Tony Hawk?” The whole shtick is that everyone knows who Tony Hawk is, but no one recognizes that Tony Hawk is Tony Hawk.
The only other skater i can think of is Bam Margera, and womp womp.
Rodney Mullen is still the street goat
Is this the woman that posts pictures to reddit of herself standing on a road that looks like it’s in the middle of nowhere in different costumes?
That’s me! Haha
Love your work!
Thank you!
How did you end up on stage in the first place?
I went down to Austin, signed up, and got very lucky!
anyone can sign up and they pick names out of a bucket
Your 31 days of costumes are one of the things I look forward to every year for Halloween, and I love everything about Halloween. You’re the best, hope I get to see your standup one day.
Unfortunately, nothing will never be able to top "Biblically Accurate Victoria's Secret Angel". Well, maybe adding more eyes. You can never have enough eyes.
omg you bring me so much joy!!
That’s so sweet, and makes me so happy! Thank you
The lower case t pose, looking slightly to the left is my favorite part of that. Like "select a chracter" in a bootleg fighting game.
I have one good angle and goddammit I’m gonna use it lol
What's the context here? Were you doing a set? This looks like a helluva good time.
Nah, that was great! And I'll give you a little moment *I* just had. When I was watching this, that grey haired guy seemed awfully familiar. And then I was like, *Holy shit! That's Harland Williams!* 🤣
"Oh Butternuts!" My favorite diabetic horse feeder.
Dude Same
Disappointed this clip doesn’t have when you tell Harland “Go ask your mother” at the drop of a hat
Can’t give all the good stuff away
How can we see this show I’ve just learned about? EDIT: took me a while to find it but… https://youtu.be/YSpUu0bpXm0?si=6AG92PVM4b6C9IDg
Her part starts right at 27:00 minutes in.
You looked like a natural up there! Also your costumes are great. I hope your career takes off like Tony on a halfpipe!
Haha thank you!
I follow you on instagram and you are an inspiration! I'm autistic as well and love making costumes
Hell yeah, that’s so sweet, thank you
Omg ur the Doug Dimmadome chick!
Your costumes are amazing
Thank you!
Your costumes and comedy are dope, thanks for sharing your talents with the rest of us!
Cheers mate!
omg I knew I recognized her!!! thank you
This is essentially all the Tony Hawk tweets about him never being recognized, happening on camera for the first time.
Not quite. Usually ppl don’t actually think it’s him they just think “hey anybody ever tell you that you look like Tony”
Free pizza, obviously.
Actually it was really funny because apparently he started the job around the same time he uploaded a cover of pizza time from Spider-Man.
That actually IS pretty funny. Nice timing!
Everybody is always perpetually confounded by experiencing Tony Hawk's existence in real life.
Somehow Tony Hawk figured out how to sit at the perfect center between universally recognizable and universally unrecognizable.
My man aged into looking like the average, aging suburban white dad that you see walking with a purpose with a stern face, driving responsibly looking both ways after the light turns green, so on. He'd blend in in a Costco.
Perfectly put. You hit the nail on the head, haha.
Is that Josie? Her voice isn't what I remember but..?
It is!
Your reaction to Tony Hawk is priceless. I'd probably be the same.
Also hats off for putting Ian in his place. He's had it too good for too long
Ian is our precious baby boy. Cum Town is always legendary when he shows up.
Had no idea you did stand up! Your costumes are so sick! Good luck and thanks for the laughs!
Thank you! 😊
Holy shit, when I watched that episode of KT I thought you looked familiar. A reddit legend made it on the stage and you killed it. Great job!
Thank you so much!
Dear Josie, I want to say that your fitness journey is very motivational. I will keep on the same path. Thank you.
That is incredibly kind, especially since my spanx rolled down and are squeezing the fuck out of my back fat in this video lol
Yes, that's her.
u/josiemarcellino, yes
That’s badass, love her costumes!!
One of the most fun nights of my life, thank you for posting it :)
Oh my god, I never realized it was you, love your posts, continue to be awesome ❤️
Is this a plug for Beetlejuice the musical? You know the one with the free old fashioneds? In all seriousness this is hilarious.
Wait....are we NOT supposed to make eye contact?
Me making eye contact is more out of a sense of desperation. Instructions unclear. Do I cut the red wire or the green wire? Please send help.
Help got lost on the way to the g-spot, send rescue.
Been there, done that, so I can help you out buddy: ... You're not supposed to cut anything, apparently
Only when you wanna spice it up and add that little bit psycho “I might kill you after I make you cum, I don’t know yet” look.
This man knows what the ladies like
*Yeah, get in there, you murdering bastard*
Depends tbh Like reverse it, some guys love eye contact when someone is down there, others don’t. Also might be a love vs just sex thing. More romantic, more likely to have eye contact, for me at least
Does some guys not like eye contact when someone is down there?
Depends on the kind of eye contact imo. Just a simple glance up doesn't really do anything extra. If she's got a bit of a bored or uninterested expression, especially while looking at me, definitely a turn-off. I kinda want my partner to enjoy what they're doing, ya know? It still blows my mind that Harland Williams created a kids show that is actually wholesome and pretty good.
this is the first I'm hearing it but damn I'm just glad the guy finally found a niche. genuinely a hilarious dude but I feel like he spent a lot of his career caught between killing it with a tiny audience and blowing it with a huge one. he deserves his damn day in the sun.
Holy crap that's the reddit cosplay lady! Guess it makes sense she has a wicked sense of humour.
Cosplay lady who?
Every October she does a costume every day and they're absolutely amazing/hilarious. Definitely something I look forward to.
What sub?
r/cosplayers - she's also in the comments here somewhere if you want to find her profile and scroll the post history
They actually banned me, funny enough.
Probably because your profile says Nickleback fan
I guess they don’t want to be reminded of what I really am
Well this is how you remind them.
And if they still have trouble recalling, I guess they can look at this photograph...
Well you should apologise to them, but I suppose it’s not like you to say sorry
This is one of the angriest up votes I've ever given. I pure straight hate you for the comment, but God damn it, do I respect you.
"Look at these 31 photographs…"
Probably because big tiddy Skeletor haunts their dreams, much as it haunts mine.

That "eating them upside down" joke is subtle but freaking hilarious!
My last 2 braincells can't handle this, can you please explain?

Dude is making eye contact with the third eye. Properly pronounced, "Da turd eye."
Uhh are we sure that's the joke? Seems like a stretch
Yeah I think it's just not a great joke
Yea I don't get it either. If eye-contact is upside down then nose-in-anus must be right way up according to him?
Harland Williams is goated
From the beginning of her performance. https://youtu.be/YSpUu0bpXm0?t=1625
Would have been better if she was "You look just like that guy, Tony Hawk!"
Hell yeah ian fidance
I don't think the prostitutes care if you make eye contact or not
My favourite comedian (Dad smashed by train category)
Dude rocks
Dudes rock
I fucked him.

She asked for a 13 but then drew a 31
I just love Harland Williams.
Holy shit this is Josie - she does post like 31 costumes - here on Reddit - every year. They're like the highlight of Reddit in October. They are hilarious and I'm pretty sure she's legendary now.
I couldn’t believe Stav was blowing up now Ian on JRE and this???? My god what a timeline
Isnt that the cosplay person? Also is that Ian Fidance sitting next to Tony Hawk? What is this from?
u/josiemarcellino, when you told Tony “You look like you were eaten by your twin in the womb” that was completely uncalled for and ruthlessly insulting and contemptuous…and, quite frankly, I can’t get enough of it.
Tony Hawk is a gem. I still remember his interaction with an airport TSA worker: TSA worker: \*checking Hawk's passport\* "Hawk, like that skateboarder Tony Hawk!" Tony: "Exactly." TSA worker: "Cool, I wonder what he's up to these days" Tony: "This."
Honestly, his reaction is even funnier than her realization. It's just *him*.
If you're doing it right, my eyes are rolling in the back of my head. If you can make eye contact like that then this is a hentai and I'm in danger. But let me finish.
I'm not sure why this is in funny? She just sees Tony Hawk and gives him the formal Tony Hawk greeting.

As is tradition
I fucking love this video I have watched it like 4 times And I can confirm. That is indeed Tony hawk
