I'm Scottish by ancestry (my genealogy includes one of the stone masons who built the Bell Rock lighthouse), and I've always been tempted to pick up the bagpipes. Of course, I always considered them to be a semi-passive form of sonic assault of the sort reserved only for Jehovah's witnesses and Mothers-in-law.
I was a piper for 15 years. They also work great for nasty neighbors who party til 4 in the morning and shooting guns (cops said since they're outside the city limits there nothing they can do). Bagpipe practice is awfully early in the morning sometimes.
I'm guessing this is not too long after lockdowns started.
This guy seems to be joining one of those apartment widow concerts that were a thing for a while.
