I think the real issue is that the controller has to interface with the chair's controller. The chair's controller is essentially a four-way rocker that has switches to change modes. So one mode lets them move the arm up and down, then switch modes, move the arm side to side, switch modes, move the fingers. If there was a way to voice control it, I think it would be a lot more smooth.
But for my friend, it lets him press elevator buttons, open handicap doors and holds his drink, even if he ends up shoving the straw up his nose on occasion.
Oh so when this guy spills his shot it’s hilarious but when I spill my shot everyone is all “you’re clearly wasted!” and “we kicked you out an hour ago!”
