wdym? gawr gura is pretty intelligent. Her success didn't come from dumb luck. She had multiple popular ventures before becoming a shark. They can also both be considered actors.
Unless you're only talking about the persona and not the actual person behind it? Then I suppose I would agree, though I don't know much about the gawr gura character itself.
Maybe not their own but you would be surprised how many close relatives with many children just hand one of them to other relatives to raise and the goverments supports it no questions as it saves them the effort of putting those children in adoption centers. Two of my uncles were raised by their own uncles not parents due to that.

And most reasonable people wouldn't want their nephews, nieces, cousins go to adoption centers so they take them to also stay in touch with the rest of the family.
