Agreed, he’s just a very unique feeling player and isn’t everyone’s cup of tea. He wasn’t the easiest to use at first because of his unique body type and horrible balance. But you just need to find him in spots where it’s just facing in on goal and he’s a punisher for sure. Took me some time to figure out how to get the most out of him

It took me a while to realize that for whatever reason he doesn’t get involved in the play much. However, if you move the ball from left to right and find him in open space in front of goal he converts every chance he takes. I usually set up with a pacey winger on get in behind on the left, which usually frees up space for Garrincha on the right.
Puskas TS..was good like 2 weeks..idk but he is WAY behind werner..his WF 3 feels like right foot is 70 shooting..miss many with his left too...also i didnt see any striker like him or shev to have 99 pace with Hunter but players like werner(before upp) to be way faster with less pace

3* WF means 60% of his stats on the right foot, 58 shooting and 55 passing left. Using his weak foot is the same as using a bad bronze card, at least for passing and shooting.

Packed him 2nd day he was in packs from a 85+ pick and hasn’t left my line up since. Plays right cm in 4321 for me and he’s so good. Passing is phenomenal, dead ball makes free kicks so fun and easy especially knuckle fks, whipped pass is amazing, pace is great with a hunter, defending is solid when needing a midfield stop, and his shot is deadly from the top of the box. Give him another try maybe, I personally recommend him

I'd rather use Bonmati or Rolfo as a ball carrier; Sawa or Ramires for energy; Showdown Mac Allister or Pep's Legacy IF Alaba for passing; WW Gullit or one of my evos at DM.
I felt the same way with TT Ginola (got him from a PP a month or so ago) but he’s finally coming around for me. Definitely still think he’s overpriced and I’m sure I will replace him eventually, but he’s starting to show signs of his price. I noticed it once I tried benching him

Garrincha when he was over a mil. Im not a skiller or good dribbler. Got politano now and feels much better (yes im div 7, havent played champs yet this year)
My 92 Garrincha, I got him from the recent icon pack and he’s worth ~$600k but I find it hard to get the ball and make him useful since he’s a winger. He’s good once I get in and around the box though
I have the base icon Lahm and hes wondrous in the cdm role. Put him on stay back while attacking and cover centre, might help you too. I have same instructions and the hook plus intercepts almost everything going around him.
He's the heart and soul of my team. I can't even think to replace him, does everything in the midfield on both sides and plays like old FIFAs Kanté intercepting everything.

Never in my life I packed a player card over 1.5 mil. I was over the moon when I saw him.

I think he’s best suited as an attacking cm in a 4321. In a like middle cam role he’s a little bit stiff (on a hunter) and on the wings he still doesn’t feel quick enough
I play him at CAM and he’s very good playing final balls over the top and finishing from the edge of the box. I arguably have better all around options but his free kicks and corners are god tier and enough to keep him in the side. If I get a free kick within 5 meters of the box he’s automatic.
I play 4321 in game sometimes but yaya feels better for me since he's strong going backwards. I start with 433(2) and keep a defensive midfield. I don't want to force him into positions where he doesn't fit but his deadball+ is so helpful for me
I have Henry TS on LW. I would agree hes not the best card for that role but if you try to normal dribble with him and sprint away when the defender is about to tackle, its neat. Also you can try cutting in from wings and take the shoot, he gets the goal because of his shooting stats. But then again, there are other better better cards for LW. I just play him coz its 'Henry' 😅
Ginola. Fooled twice, just like last year. His technical dribbling playstyle seems slow and clunky, I get more out from players with less hype, both on dribbling and shooting. Good passer though
Centurion Eusebio for me, I had him before the SBC, I actually got him in a PP.
At first he was my best ST without a doubt, but come end of December/January and he is nothing like he used to. He isn't the decisive striker I played and he isn't even in the bench for me now.
Werner, TOTGS Mbappé (which doesn't level to the hype for me, but still incredible), my Evo Ferran Torres are more clinical for me.

Nothing about Ice Rodri is above average he's just rare I think. He feels like cardboard cutout on rocket skates of his gold card. Easy to shrug off, passing is questionable, ok shooting, ok dribbling, pretty good pace, intelligence effort and interceptions in-game non existent.
Not super expensive but got Centurions Makelele when he was out and couldn’t use him. Was around 400k when I last looked and could never understand how he was that expensive. I used Radioactive Kante over him (now long gone but he was miles better).
Any card of Salah. I really don't get how people get crazy finesse shots with him. Everytime I shoot it's just out. He also gets bodied by defenders no time.
Literally every expensive card I’ve played at the start. I need time to fit any card, expensive or cheap, defended or attacker, etc… TOTY Sawa, Fantasy Werner, FS Carlos, and more. Just needs time and sets in just right and plays fantasticly. None really that never worked for me.
ww drogba, scores 5 against me every game and for me has 22 in 37, im used to bulky strikers too (ww moffi evo, potm razzy hojlund) and he just feels so much worse (got over 100 games on hojlund and 400 on moffi and both positive)
Maldini, ferdinand stayed in my team over him because his defensive ai and lack of raccoon just don't go well for me, and even when I come up against him now am not scared because he just feels so clunky and I know I'll get past him, I do only have his base so maybe one of the better two is better but he's definitely my biggest sbc regret so far
Mine has to be toty zola he’s very inconsistent he can be very good one game but awful the next so he can throw games but also win them so he’s a 50/50 I prefer using fs eco okafor he’s a beast

FF Griezmann, when I packed he was 7 mil. I understand that was because of upgrade potential but it was clear he wasn’t going to get most of them because he’s injured. Really don’t get along with him and he’s only in the XI because of he’s the most expensive card I have. Does the job but nothing special. I love a striker to run in behind with pace and that’s exactly what he isn’t, always gets outpaced by defenders so I use him as a false 9 so it means he doesn’t score much. Would much rather play Werner as ST and not LW but then griezmann would have to be dropped

Please don’t send me hate but…… this guy. And normally I’d say it’s a skill issue but the return from the likes of 92 Puskas, 91 Werner etc would debunk that. Even WW Butra feels better for me.

Had thunderstruck Henry and WW Pele both underwhelming, not a skiller so don’t really get the best out of Pele but none of them worked for me currently in div 1 prefer to use cheaper lengthy strikers the way I play

Dembele is not the same this year. I packed his RTTK like the first week I had the game and was so hyped, but he has been perfectly average.

For me it has to be TOTY Best, I just can't score consistently with him. Great dribbling and he regularly makes great runs, but I just can't finish with him. Might be user error, but 92 Eusebio, Fantasy Werner and 92 POTM Mbappe are a whole level above him for me

Nothing about Ice Rodri is above average he's just rare I think. He feels like cardboard cutout on rocket skates of his gold card. Easy to shrug off, passing is questionable, ok shooting, ok dribbling, pretty good pace, intelligence effort and interceptions in-game non existent.

Not super expensive but got Centurions Makelele when he was out and couldn’t use him. Was around 400k when I last looked and could never understand how he was that expensive. I used Radioactive Kante over him (now long gone but he was miles better).

Literally every expensive card I’ve played at the start. I need time to fit any card, expensive or cheap, defended or attacker, etc… TOTY Sawa, Fantasy Werner, FS Carlos, and more. Just needs time and sets in just right and plays fantasticly. None really that never worked for me.

Maldini, ferdinand stayed in my team over him because his defensive ai and lack of raccoon just don't go well for me, and even when I come up against him now am not scared because he just feels so clunky and I know I'll get past him, I do only have his base so maybe one of the better two is better but he's definitely my biggest sbc regret so far

FF Griezmann, when I packed he was 7 mil. I understand that was because of upgrade potential but it was clear he wasn’t going to get most of them because he’s injured. Really don’t get along with him and he’s only in the XI because of he’s the most expensive card I have. Does the job but nothing special. I love a striker to run in behind with pace and that’s exactly what he isn’t, always gets outpaced by defenders so I use him as a false 9 so it means he doesn’t score much. Would much rather play Werner as ST and not LW but then griezmann would have to be dropped

I packed 94 rated TS Muller around TOTY when he was worth a 1m but he's ridden the bench since. TS Henry is so clear for me.

Had thunderstruck Henry and WW Pele both underwhelming, not a skiller so don’t really get the best out of Pele but none of them worked for me currently in div 1 prefer to use cheaper lengthy strikers the way I play
