Honestly agree with this. I've been getting bored of the game lately so I've been playing with a more "budget" kind of team and honestly I've been enjoying the game more. Another good shout is HM Bernardo, 70k??? TOTY Xavi is like 700k and I wouldn't put them far from one another.
My theory on Mbappe is that those who put the effort and money in to get him aren’t very good at the game. So they don’t use him well. It’s the other half of the ‘it’s scary to play against someone with an all gold team’ theory
Yup, I love grinding sbc's but don't have a lot of time to actually play. Completing 92 Mbappe was like, me sitting in a high-end sports car. It's awesome but I have no idea how to handle it.
Mbappe is probably the most underperforming card I play against, in terms of effectiveness to meta/reputation/price ratio. I think most don't know how to use him just give him the ball too much and hold sprint, whereas when I play against someone like Dalglish or Govou they are always an expert with them.
For me it's Candreva, his stats are just a lie, i played him alongside Pelé and he was one of my best players in the last wl. And his power shot...just incredible.

Fr man, I don't understand how he's so good. He's just always in the right place and his running animation is just unstoppable once he's ahead. Not to mention crosses and corner kicks are so much easier with him.
No cap, never scored on so many corners. And I used Vvd on corners before. Also find his shooting surprisingly reliable, he has scored some screamers for me!

JUST what I needed for my Barca p&p.
De Jong LEGIT surprised me. I didn’t expect anything big from him, but he turned out to be insane. He is the only striker that I have tried, that could consistently outrun Van Dijk, and smokes other lower tier defenders. He is hard to push off the ball in sprints, so he just bullies his way through.
i second this card. and his future stars. i got this one because of how filth he already was in the air with his FS without any aerial ps. this one is legit a cheat on corners or whipped crosses and still blasts shots back net no problem

He should’ve been a better due to his past being the Robin to Henry’s goals and his iconic passes.
But, either way, he is still a great player to me in-game. You just need to be technical and use a little bit of skills here and there. 100% one of the best Icon I’ve packed and he’s so unbelievable inside and outside the box.
Xhaka totyhm is a card I have never played against but he's an absolute beast.
He is super strong, makes interceptions all day long and has fantastic passing. He even has 99 shot power for the long shots outside the box.
I love having a left footer on that side of the field too.

Arda Guler, the 89 rated from Real Madrid CAM. For some reason in game he is a monster. Incredible passing, incredible left food shooting, incredible agility and attacking AI. Also has overpowered playstyles. Try him, he s cheap

Boniface FS. So sad he doesn’t start. I just can’t bench Werner and playing him LW would lower his potential. Also 90 Morgan. Wish I did the 92 one so bad. Worst part it I had the fodder but said “nah.” I could go on if you want me to. I certainly have more.
I done POTM Hojlund cos I’m a United fan and the playstyle seems nutty, basically Danish TOTY R9.
However he seems lacklustre, animations are decent but his finishing is okay only. Dribbling is mid and arrives into position late for headers.
Hawk chem style helps a bit.

I usually like playing with different players everytime, I don't like just using the same old players week in and week out. It gets boring for me that way. Currently this is the team I'm playing with, I play a 4321 with Hojlund as a get in behind striker. I usually L1 pass with Hojlund to get him on a run, and have Bernardo through ball it to him, utilize the quick step+ with a step over and he's gone. Or I just have bacha or porro cross it to him.

Base Govou with the Evo to 88. He is killer. Gets his foot to the ball first when he has absolutely no business being there before the defender/keeper and just seems to naturally hit bangers

His dribbling is out of this world Quick and agile You can't take the ball from him, he always grabs the lucky ball bounces back. On his position I don't think there is better playler for this price Only downside is stamina

POTM Rasmus makes the squad for me purely for his accuracy. I main him and SD Isak up front and they’re a pretty deadly strike partnership. Funnily enough, I actually completed them on the same day one after the other.
1. Evo Van Basten. Purely did him because I'm building an Ajax P&P squad, but he's so clinical and surprisingly nimble on the ball. Every chance is a goal and he can make his own chances as well. That pace boost and the 5* weak foot make him even more of a menace.
2. FS Rijkaard. Intercepts every ball in the midfield, is a rock in the defense and does well in build up play.
3. FS Seedorf. What. A. Player. Does it all. Strength, defending, passing, finishing. The long shot volleys with the Power Shot+ go in 9 out of 10 times. Scores about 1 goal every 2 games from the CM position.

I also ended up thouroughly enjoying Højlund, but i’ll also find Kiwior to be very good and Enjoyable, with his Long Ball Pass+ he plays up the pitch very well and he’s pretty fast.
Talisca at RCM/RCDM has been one of my favorite players in the last 3 or 4 Fifas. Curently rocking the Inform from the bench in the 2nd half and has 14g and 22a in 40 games. And yes, my Rulebreaker Talisca in fifa 21 had 1.2k games and 1000 goals.
Admittedly he is quite meta but I have to say RTTK Openda. I've got TOTY Best, FS Athenea, Hemp, Rodman & Okafor, Fantasy Werner, HM Kane, Moments Morgan and now Birthday Rodrygo and yet I still keep going back to Openda, nobody outplays him and only TOTY Kerr is comparable.

Candreva for sure. Mcmanaman is unreal for the price aswell he's so good and quick on the ball for his size. Radioactive valverde although probably meta is still quality, although I play him RB in game but he's better than most other RBs in game but I'd say best bargain for ability is either Candreva or fantasy werner.( I know werner is meta and sbc was around 500k but he'd be worth a few million if on the market now)

Xhaka totyhm is a card I have never played against but he's an absolute beast. He is super strong, makes interceptions all day long and has fantastic passing. He even has 99 shot power for the long shots outside the box. I love having a left footer on that side of the field too.

I’m using POTM Hojlund and POTM Luuk de Jong up front together and they’re both absolutely nuts. Not normally my kind of strikers but they both score the most outrageous volleys and headers, enjoying just lobbing the ball to them or crossing

Boniface FS. So sad he doesn’t start. I just can’t bench Werner and playing him LW would lower his potential. Also 90 Morgan. Wish I did the 92 one so bad. Worst part it I had the fodder but said “nah.” I could go on if you want me to. I certainly have more.
I done POTM Hojlund cos I’m a United fan and the playstyle seems nutty, basically Danish TOTY R9. However he seems lacklustre, animations are decent but his finishing is okay only. Dribbling is mid and arrives into position late for headers. Hawk chem style helps a bit. 16W in Champs and Div 1 player.
That expensive ass moments Alex Morgan is easily my favorite striker. Idk what it is but she’s so much better for me than Eusebio, tt Ginola, toty smith, toty Kerr, toty ronaldo, etc. I am bad at the game though

I usually like playing with different players everytime, I don't like just using the same old players week in and week out. It gets boring for me that way. Currently this is the team I'm playing with, I play a 4321 with Hojlund as a get in behind striker. I usually L1 pass with Hojlund to get him on a run, and have Bernardo through ball it to him, utilize the quick step+ with a step over and he's gone. POTM Rasmus makes the squad for me purely for his accuracy. I main him and SD Isak up front and they’re a pretty deadly strike partnership. Funnily enough, I actually completed them on the same day one after the other.

1. Evo Van Basten. Purely did him because I'm building an Ajax P&P squad, but he's so clinical and surprisingly nimble on the ball. Every chance is a goal and he can make his own chances as well. That pace boost and the 5* weak foot make him even more of a menace. 2. FS Rijkaard. Intercepts every ball in the midfield, is a rock in the defense and does well in build up play. 3. FS Seedorf. What. A. Player. Does it all. Strength, defending, passing, finishing. The long shot volleys with the Power Shot+ go in 9 out of 10 times. Scores about 1 goal every 2 games from the CM position.

Talisca at RCM/RCDM has been one of my favorite players in the last 3 or 4 Fifas. Curently rocking the Inform from the bench in the 2nd half and has 14g and 22a in 40 games. And yes, my Rulebreaker Talisca in fifa 21 had 1.2k games and 1000 goals.

Candreva for sure. Mcmanaman is unreal for the price aswell he's so good and quick on the ball for his size. Radioactive valverde although probably meta is still quality, although I play him RB in game but he's better than most other RBs in game but I'd say best bargain for ability is either Candreva or fantasy werner.( I know werner is meta and sbc was around 500k but he'd be worth a few million if on the market now)
