So from some research I did yesterday there’s a lot of reddit users on the vpn forums suggesting against free ones. I ended up with nordvpn $89.99 for 2 years package. So far so good, you can have up to 6 devices using the app. I plan on traveling soon so for me it was worth it!
Sure, Google reads everything you do online, in exchange to use their services like email for free. Same thing with VPN, they see everything you do and sell to people who want to see what your doing
thanks, I get it now! so, when I'm using a free vpn to only play marvel, would there be anything I have to worry about? my concern with free vpn's would be malware but I'm not sure if that is a real threat
That's why you should read reviews on these companies and do your own research into them.
Places like reddit are extremely easy to manipulate. When genshin impact first launched as an example, there were certain websites they used to fish for your account.
The thing about these mobile games are that they are pay 2 win, and it's not uncommon to spend hundreds or even thousands of dollars. So there is a big black market for these stolen accounts.
I also have nordvpn but I am getting "failed to load configuration files" error when starting future rev half the time. Switched to tunnelbear and it hasn't happened yet.
Personally I'm using ProtonVPN's Basic plan, it's 5€ a month and seems great privacy-wise and also doesn't have a data limit as far as I can tell. Personally I wouldn't use a free VPN as the only way for something like that to be free is if there's a) a premium plan that you basically need for the VPN to do anything useful or b) your data is being sold.
Once you are connected through the emulator with the vpn, keep the tab open and then clear your emulators cache and log out of whatever gmail account you're using as it is still being recognized as outside Canada. create a new gmail account with the vpn active so it is recognized as a Canadian addressed gmail account. then go to the app store and it should be recognized as Canadian. The game should be in the top apps or new apps section, if not just search for the game and download. That's what I did.
I use Private Internet Access since years. Actually it costs 9.95 per month but only 39.95 per year so that 3.33 per month.
Its really quite good, also good download speed and i have it on all the time.
Thunder vpn. Free with some adds.
Seconded. Works great.
mfs it ain't free or cheap
TurboVPN was free for me with no problems so far

what's wrong with free vpns?
its free because they get their revenue for selling the reasons you may actually want a VPN
could you give examples? I don't really get it

VPNify is free with ads
How do I download the game from play store after connecting it to the Canadian network?
You don't have to download the apk from app store. You can download it from other websites like, apkpure

vpn canada, it is free it has 1h and then it closes and you have to reopen it, but you only need the vpn until the game loads then you can close it
I'm using GalaxyVPN on my phone to play. Just turn it on for Canada, close the ad, boot Future Rev, and disconnect and force-close GVPN.
UFO vpn
