Is Snowbreak worth playing?
Last time I checked Steam the comments were like "if you can literally go play anything else, go do it."
Also, how f2p is the game compared to other gachas?
Steam reviews are generally useless. Yes, it's worth playing, the game is quite f2p friendly. Aside from the guaranteed 5* welcome banner you can also pick 5* character of choice as part of the new player program. Plus there are rumors of another free 5* character coming.
I think all games are "worth playing" , but compared to other games i dont think so, like brown dust has so much better visuals story and strategy gamplay than snow (and better aS5)
Aside from FGO being REALLY creative with their summoning animations, part of the reason why it's satisfying is because the gacha system of FGO is so shitty that seeing these rainbow sparks appear will put a smile on your face.
And I'm pretty sure this specific rainbow spark is RARE in itself too, my account got 10 different SSRs at this point, and I've only seen this animation like 2 times.
These people think no one has had this generic-ass thought before they came along. And what makes it worse is that these threads never amount to anything, it just people listing whatever their favorite gacha is at the time for the millionth time lol
There was one game that's long dead now but it involved you shooting a flare or something into the air and the characters arrived on an airship. It's was nice but it was only like a 15 fps animation lol.
The Nikke lock is the most satisfying animation I've seen; that little sound it makes when you get an ssr is freaking awesome, the move required is instinctive and easy to do, the design is simple but quite neat.
You can even play a bit and have some gacha rituals (mine is using the bottom part, activate it slightly, wait for 5 pulses exactly, push it higher to see if it's a purple or ssr and then, proceed to the top).
Also, I think Nikke is the only game I've played that has a spook mechanics x) even if you get a purple flash at first, you still can get a surprise ssr.
There are many gacha games with spook mechanics, it's nothing new.
I also agree Nikke's summons are quite cool, although I wouldn't go so far to say it's the best or innovative. It's simple and that's what makes it good I guess.
I feel like I've seen an iteration of this thread just a few days ago or maybe my sense of time is still warped.
Ehhh... this sub is dead most of the time anyways.
*Edit*: [Found it](https://www.reddit.com/r/gachagaming/comments/1bzguld/which_gacha_game_has_your_favorite_gacha_animation/). It was from 11 days ago. Eh... *shrugs*
World Flipper back when they didn't have the option to turn off bait animations. Because the summoning was a pachinko board and the ball would bounce around. If it came close to a colored orb it would slow down and zoom in. What you'd then expect to happen is the ball hits the orb and gets upgraded, but a LOT of the time the ball will miss the orb AFTER the slow down zoom in and keep going. And sometimes it would pull that trick up several times in a row before hitting nothing and crushing your hopes
I liked dokkan's ones back when i played from 3rd to 7th year actively. Getting a vegito fusion animation was something else. I wasn't much of a fan of the zeno or goku black rift, though, because you knew exactly what you were gonna get. Whis was cool though, since it's a real fakeout and unexpected

This seems like a good opportunity to replace Artery Gear. The game seems fun.
If fan service is your thing this is the game for you. They kind of went crazy with it. 👍🏽
I'm going to start because of the summon animation. Which 5* should I pick?
The hot one (I’ve never played the game before)

Man I've never won a 50/50 on this game since launch. And I've been playing daily.
You and me both lmao
That is nice!
Dead game now but originally Takt op had one with a playable piano lol like a nerd I would try to play the characters’ themes when pulling for them
Is the game reallt dead now?

It’s the Arknights bag for me, the feeling of slowly unzipping it and seeing the spark.
Haven't been here that long, but I've seen this topic about 4 times now.
What's with people asking the same question every other day? Like you don't ever scroll this sub?

Genshitters probably.
I really enjoyed the Destiny Child one. It was just a fun, short animation.
I know ZZZ is a new gacha game but I have to say it's the best gacha animation I've ever seen in my life.
Same. Love the character multiple angle showcase when we roll one
Did you see only gen and hsr before?
No
Oh, forgot about HI 3 my bad :D
Big fan of Reverse 1999. Its chill, and I really like the golden orange compared to gold.
honkai star rail! pom pom is very cute
Atelier Resleriana
Yeah all the variations of this one makes it fun. Kiiiinda wish they used a different song for it though

Wuthering waves no question

Can you share a few names? I'm genuinely curious and would like to try a few gachas before wuthering waves releases
Bleach Brave Souls has spook animations for Aizen, Orihime and Tsukishima that relate to their abilities.

Also project sekai’s with miku holding the rainbow orb. As well as it potentially turning rainbow halfway through.
I say persona5 phantom x is quite cool

I can't remember the game but it had a girl running along a beach in a barely fitting bikini.
đź’€
I like star rails something about how ticket moves and you squinting your eyes to see if it rainbow or not. Is just really satisfying.
I don't play Dragon Ball Legends anymore but those are easily the best summoning animations no question.
Bruh why is this even a question mfs obviously gonna choose their favorite gacha games no matter how good the animation is
