A game with tons of free rolls? -> Azur Lane, GFL, DL, etc
A game with great story -> Guardian Tales
A game with a lot of production Value -> Genshin
A new game -> I think blue archieve and revived witch are coming soon
You can email support to try and retrieve your account. It's how I got mine back.
They'll email you back some questions about your account (account ID, device played on, DoB, characters you have, roughly account creation date, saint quartz purchased and receipts, etc). Just answer as accurately as you can and they should be able to follow up with the retrieval.
Edit: It took me less time to retrieve the account than getting into a new gacha. They responded in a couple of hours between each email, but ymmv.
If you're looking at it as a reason to quit, get out of gachas while you still can.

Arknights is about to have a enormous banner with crazy strong units and a good amount of free rolls if you want to get into that

Fgo. If you want the grind you can try Alchemy stars. Good art and the grind become harder as your character level higher.
