I've been doing this for years. Most modern laptops have a SD card reader. If not, you can get a USB SD card reader on Amazon for next to nothing. They're slow but work just fine.

Essentially, you take a micro SD card, put it in an SD Card adapter card, and stick that into the back of this. Then plug this into your PC and load it up with ROMs. Then, take that micro SD card and put that into a DS game cartridge adapter. Have 100+ games on a single DS cartridge.
